Easy equities deducted an amount from my bank account on 24th march and despite numerous emails to them the amount is still not reflected on my portfolio. In response to my emails all I get are more questions
I logged a problem and got no response when I added it to this site all I got back was a question on how they could help me. The whole story was ser out on the reference number that I quoted but this apparently did not help. To restate the problem the banking ombudsman has asked me to get a letter from them asking how they would resolve the matter
I sent a request through on 16 June and had no response other than being allocated an incident number After the second reminder I got a response that did not address the issue I had raised. Previously I called the Head Office and the reception will not put me through to any senior person and says I can only contact them by email- which all go unanswered. I have reported them to the ombudsman but it appears this does not concern them
I am trying to transfer money to another bank. I do not get the otp number to finalise the transaction Tyme bank blames MTN who blames the bank It seems noone can help

I bought a Kambrook steamer. On the box it says rice can be steamed however there is no rice steaming bowl. Clicks has advised that the product does not come with a rice bowl I feel that this is misleading information
Even with the current situation their service has been excellent. Delivery in two days from order.
We have unit trusts and have been trying to get bank details loaded so that we can withdraw I first sent an email on 03 March and the matter has still not been resolved Of course since then the market has dropped and we have lost out on profit
Was given a date for delivery and it was brought forward. SMS was sent at each stage. The whole process is easy. Will usd them again
