I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the appalling service I received from your consultant, Eliboy. During our interaction, he demonstrated a complete lack of professional foresight and communication. Specifically, he allowed me to wait for over ten minutes for an OTP to arrive, failing to disclose that my profile was not yet active and that receiving such a code was technically impossible. This lack of transparency resulted in a significant waste of my time and reflects a deficiency in basic query management. I expect a formal explanation and assurance that he will receive the necessary training to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I am extremely disappointed in this company and the manner in which my investment is managed. The last quarter I lost R 89 799 on my invested amount although investments with other companies grew. On 16.09.2025 I sent the annual review letter in which the withdrawal percentage was changed from 17.5% to 14%. This request was ignored.

I am extremely disappointed in this company and the manner in which my investment is managed. The last quarter I lost R 89 799 on my invested amount although investments with other companies grew. I have been struggling for TWO WEEKS just to get my banking details changed, since the account that's linked with my investment does not exist anymore. I have given them the instruction to do so about 5 times by now, and still nothing has happened. I shudder to think how long the withdrawal will take that I have to do IF the bank account ever gets linked, because technically I needed that money already to make bookings for a trip. And according to their timelines, each of these processes (changing details and withdrawal) should take up to 2 days each. So if they were of any use I should have had my money more than a week ago. Bless my mother for opening this entity for me when I was little, but I wish she'd rather gone with another investment company.

Dear Hello Peter I write this review with a very sad mood on behalf of my little brother. My mother before she passed on, she had policy with Stanlib. After he funeral my little brother tried to do the claims and to find out that will fell on deaf ears or people who don't care. My brother has submitted the claims via attorneys Sebelebele and Stanlib for more than a month they have been saying we busy with it while firstly they promised 14 workings days. Its time to pay now they playing hard to get with kids money. how they behave in this way while the kids are suffering? i have all the details of the attorney and the kids which could be provided. Reference is 14**** under Estate of MB Maesela. My brother and his sister dont know anymore where to get assisted. Only if you can assist on this matter. After weeks of emails and phonecalls my issues are still unresolved, a non existing call centre where calls do not get answered and auto generated emails that does not provide any answers to querries. Unacceptable from a major financial institution.

Two months after requesting to withdraw funds from Stanlin Global Equity Fund A, an offs**** investments the money has still not been released to me. Stanlib says it is in the hands of Standard Bank Offs**** but neither Stanlib nor Standard Bank Offs**** is able to even give a timeline for the releass of funds. I have no idea who to contact for help and advice and doubt if I will ever see my funds. The documentation is poor to non- existent. The money was withdrawn for personal use and is needed urgently

Although this complaint is address to INN8 - it would be completely necessary to address it here as all their email addresses are Stanlib. I am beyond frustrated with the shocking level of service and complete disregard for communication from Inn8. In mid-September 2025, Thinus assured me that Chris and Lara would contact me to assist with moving my book. That never happened. I followed up repeatedly on 26 September, 14 October, and again on 5 December 2025 — each time being given empty promises that they would reach out. To date, nothing. The situation has only worsened. On 2 February 2026, I contacted them regarding ongoing fee reversals (lump sum) — no response. My brokerage followed up on 10 March 2026 regarding ongoing fees — again, completely ignored. On 13 March 2026, I escalated the matter and copied Chris, Lara, and Michael directly. Read receipts confirmed the emails were seen, yet still no response. This is not just poor service — it is blatant negligence and a total lack of accountability. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in the financial services industry where clients’ interests should be a priority. I expect immediate engagement and a clear resolution to this matter.

Do not ever invest in Stanlib Global equity offs**** investments unless you never want to use the money. My withdrawal request was sent in early Ferbruary 2026 and on 17 March 2026 they cannot even give me an estimate of when I can expect to get the money
