Stanlib refusing to do Payout on Estate

Dear Hello Peter I write this review with a very sad mood on behalf of my little brother. My mother before she passed on, she had policy with Stanlib. After he funeral my little brother tried to do the claims and to find out that will fell on deaf ears or people who don't care. My brother has submitted the claims via attorneys Sebelebele and Stanlib for more than a month they have been saying we busy with it while firstly they promised 14 workings days. Its time to pay now they playing hard to get with kids money. how they behave in this way while the kids are suffering? i have all the details of the attorney and the kids which could be provided. Reference is 14**** under Estate of MB Maesela.

My brother and his sister dont know anymore where to get assisted. Only if you can assist on this matter.
