Dear Hello Peter I write this review with a very sad mood on behalf of my little brother. My mother before she passed on, she had policy with Stanlib. After he funeral my little brother tried to do the claims and to find out that will fell on deaf ears or people who don't care. My brother has submitted the claims via attorneys Sebelebele and Stanlib for more than a month they have been saying we busy with it while firstly they promised 14 workings days. Its time to pay now they playing hard to get with kids money. how they behave in this way while the kids are suffering? i have all the details of the attorney and the kids which could be provided. Reference is 14**** under Estate of MB Maesela. My brother and his sister dont know anymore where to get assisted. Only if you can assist on this matter. Absa Bank Mokopane have a very difficult person by name of Mr. Mashiangoako. Our Anty had investment with them and after he passed on they requested the beneficiaries to come with ID and other Documents. First time other guys did not had ID. Financial Advisor advised to get temporary ID. After we took leave at our work and left Gauteng to Mokopane. we get there he said the Temprorary ID from one of our cousin wont work without even asking the people he was communicating with. we were just really disappointed if Absa bank cannot assist us with anything bcs of temporary. the had very bad attitude even addressing. He is the one provided the message that temporary can work and now when we are there he sing a different tune while we encountered so much expenses including our leave at different work station. i will never advise anyone to get assistance from that branch
Good Morning<br> During the month of December 2015 my debit order did not go through then igot message to pay MTN withing certain date otherwise legal steps will be taken against me. I paid them on the 12 January 2016 amount of R610.40 while i am charged R599 per month. After i called MTN to unsuspend my calls then they did so.<br> Mid Jan MTN went to deduct R91.58 which we dont have agreement with and i had no funds in the bank and bank charged me R138.00 for returning debit. I called MTN to refund my money which we did not agree my R138. MTN for almost four weeks they always tell me about supervisor this and that. they will listen to conversation and check if i did not make arrangeent. No one is hellping me they keep giving reference to me which i am sick and tired with MTN incompetent employees. i told them that othewise this month i wont pay my debit order will reverse it. <br> <br> Reference number are as follows: 141981065,14221226,142212236,143260559,142482249<br> I am so pissed with this network with incompetent peope whom get paid through us. i want my R138.00 my numbers 071 873 7754.<br> Helloe Peter pls help me and expose this people who dont wanna pay me<br>
