During our interaction, he demonstrated a complete lack of professional foresight and communication. Specifically, he allowed me to wait for over ten minutes for an OTP to arrive, failing to disclose that my profile was not yet active and that receiving such a code was technically impossible. This lack of transparency resulted in a significant waste of my time and reflects a deficiency in basic query management. I expect a formal explanation and assurance that he will receive the necessary training to prevent such occurrences in the future.
