Do not use Stanlib
Two months after requesting to withdraw funds from Stanlin Global Equity Fund A, an offs**** investments the money has still not been released to me. Stanlib says it is in the hands of Standard Bank Offs**** but neither Stanlib nor Standard Bank Offs**** is able to even give a timeline for the releass of funds. I have no idea who to contact for help and advice and doubt if I will ever see my funds. The documentation is poor to non- existent. The money was withdrawn for personal use and is needed urgently

10 Apr 2026, 14:17The offs**** funds mentioned in the review finally reached my account 38 working days after sighning the withdrawal form. Please note that during 38 working days there were no updates or communication or documentation from Stanlib
The only communication was from my own bank when I was asked to accept the incoming funds
Stanlib failed to warn either my advisor or myself that the funds were being released
