Had a frontloader washing machine door clip that need to be fix after numerous calls to Johannes with one excuse after another never has parts and he placed an order we waited for a year still not fix after I told him I will pick machine up his excuse is it's in parts must first put together this went on for another 5 months today went to pick it up machine rusted, in spare parts and some parts missing and he has the audacity to scream at customer as if it is our fault he is stripping machine and not fixing it be careful when doing business with this company you will loose your money and parts.
