Hello Peter Ace Refrigerator & Appliances Bloemfontein service is very Bad, terrible, unprofessional and they’re scammers. They collected my fridge last week of which it was still in good condition, for repairs & quotation upon collection had to pay R200, no problem I paid upfront. After inspection I was informed that it requires a thermostat refill and now I was informed that they had to fix the door of my fridge which got damaged I don’t know how. They quoted R1100.00 for all that , I made a payment and was assured that the quotation will follow.I requested a picture and quote from the owner Johannes he just blue ticked my messages and didn’t reply to any of my messages. Upon delivery my Fridge was dented and the door damaged of which these occurred while my property was under their care. I requested a refund on the door as I believe It’s company responsiblitity to be liable for any damages, that’s when the owner Mr.Johannes started giving me an attitude and refused to reimburse me for the door. I’m so furious, I hope that you’d be able to assist me. A friend highly recommended your services.
