Dont Use this Company - You Will lose money
Do not use this company! they will deliver some of the stuff and then never return to finish the job. I know of 5 or 6 others that has the same issue. This company has now changed their name to UCPP- Ultimate Coatings & Property Professionals. Don't be fooled. You will lose the majority of your money. They have 20 different reasons why they are unavailable. And their work is shocking!!!

Dont Use this Company - You Will lose money
Do not use this company! they will deliver some of the stuff and then never return to finish the job. I know of 5 or 6 others that has the same issue. This company has now changed their name to UCPP- Ultimate Coatings & Property Professionals. Don't be fooled. You will lose the majority of your money. They have 20 different reasons why they are unavailable. And their work is shocking!!!

Dont waste your money. Jan never does what he says. Empty promises and take 80% deposit and erected a below standard peregola frame with untreated pine wood. You can call and message forever and noting happens. He does exactly the same to everyone. Take deposit. Take weeks to deliver a bit of wood from Builders. Do bad work for 1 and half days after allot of messages to come and do the work. Say they will come back and never returned. Asked for a refund and still have not received anything. And told me that he will do a refund for small amount of R6250. Nothing as yet. Seems like hes been ****ming people for years. Stay away I do not believe that the 5 star reviews is real customers and that they create it themselves

Empty promises and poor workmanship
We paid a 70% deposit, then they delivered material drips and d****s ... and after every excuse in the book after 3 weeks of doing work that looked like ****, we decided to rather lose our money than to continue with these people. We will not recommend them at all. We lost R30,000

We paid a 70% deposit, then they delivered material drips and d****s ... and after every excuse in the book after 3 weeks of doing work that looked like ****, we decided to rather lose our money than to continue with these people. We will not recommend them at all. We lost R30,000

Stay away!!! Old ****mers, they blame the customer. They start but never finish and the workmanship is so bad we had to redo everything, the pergola they claim they can do was wrong, and half done. Everything was removed due to the wrong wood. They do this to all their customers. They claim a 15 year guarantee, but never finish. They work together and have all the excuses in the world to finish, they even use their children and cars as excuses. We are not the only ones. They get away with this due to the stock they deliver (PS take note not all of it). They use local guys to do the work and never pay them. Stay away!!!

Shocking service and workmanship
Please save your money and stay away from these guys. They underquoted. Once I paid the deposit I needed to pay more for what I wanted. They arrived on site and demanded the next payment. The materials they use are not fit for purpose. The workmanship is shocking. They completed the framework of the "structure" and promised the return with the polycarb and to fix some "issues". It is 3 months later and they have not returned. They have used every excuse under the sun. They now want more money. They have a 15 year guarantee on their work. It's been three months, and it has already started to fall apart. If you need something dont.....get someone else Please stay away

**** Alert!! Not sure how this company received any stars from other people. Firstly they never paid back my deposit after not being able to perform the work. The mamager Jan commit on a start date and cancel on the day that they suppose to start the work. Happened twice. Excuses such as the emoloyee resigned the morning when he came in and the other guy broke bones in his hand etc start sniffing this is a ****. Not reliable at all. Please dont use these guys unless you want to be short of cash.
