Been a customer of vodacom for 20 years but I think This was the cherry on top..i was called to upgrade as my current contract is about to expired.please note this is a SIM only package I currently have with Vodacom.After asking the agent to please reinstate my new 24 month contract exactly to what I had she said sure.I even mensioned the data and free minutes I was getting and the total I was paying monthly.then she advise sure..everything will carry on just as is.then I see on my new bill the discount that I was getting on my previous contract was not app****.aftee numerous calls to the call centre and speaking to a cancellation line managee they said they will get back to me as they need to request back office to pull data..day in day out i call for any feedback juat to get promised by the line manager he will call me the next day..after 10 days of not getting any response(note this is a cancellation line manager I was dealing with)I eventually said well I have given you guys 14 days to look onto either tranferring the discount I was use to or I will cancel.today I cancelled still in the valid cancellation period after renewal and was told I need to pay a cancellation fee..and that after I was hold up by no response from a line manager and countless efforts and calla to vodacom that I want to cancel if they cant transfer the discount to current contract..I was juat amazed how a company is really not interested in business as a clie t needs to do the calling all the time.sorry vodacom but you lost a client forever after receiving business for 18-20 years..and trust me I would not recommend vodacom as a supplier.
**** Alert!! Not sure how this company received any stars from other people. Firstly they never paid back my deposit after not being able to perform the work. The mamager Jan commit on a start date and cancel on the day that they suppose to start the work. Happened twice. Excuses such as the emoloyee resigned the morning when he came in and the other guy broke bones in his hand etc start sniffing this is a ****. Not reliable at all. Please dont use these guys unless you want to be short of cash.
We bought a unit and after July and after 1 month the hardware box packed up. We returned to Cctv direct olivedale whete a very unfriendly receptionist told us that there is a good chance that they wont fix it under warranty. She said it will take 3 to 7 working days. I constantly followed up on email after 7 working days with no reaponse.. After 10 days they could not give us an indication of what the uphold was. We eventually found out that tjey will be fixing the issue internal harddrive but wont give us a new one even though it is still under warranty. The receptionist is not well informed and very rude and denied the fact that she said it will only take between 3 and 7 working days.also we received a notifocation after 17 working days only that it is ready for collection. Lets hope it os working now. Also initially the box supplied to us was 4 cameras and we order and pat for 8 and had to tske it back to them to give us 8 cameras. The least i would expect is to deliver seen that they made a mistake. They offered DHL to collect on our account
Power surge issues since 6 weeks ago.. Multiple tickets logged.. They came out to fix bit still not fix.. Sgowing 300 volts now on our meter. Microwave and light just fused because of fluctuating stream. I dont know actually why i am posting this because i see they dont reapond to anyone. Incompetent.
Im at Cpt airport only 2 check in counters open. Arrived 2 hours before my flight and Q didn't move much.i am so unhappy with the service. They should really consider opening more counters. Still waiting in Que.
15 days without internet.. Our box from vumatel has not been activated.. 3 queries lodged via afrihost.. Still no results.. We were even in contact with the technical manager Xolani and he also does not know how to solve a problem of just purely connecting oir new box to afrihost.. What pathetic service. It does not deserve a 1 star.. Wish we had other providers in our area hoping for better service
Absolutely worst service ever.. Everytime there is a new installation in our area. Kensington B they cut us off. Thos happened once in 3 weeks average. They dont call you back. It takes them average of 10 days to reconnect us. Im so gatvol to say the least..
Absolute shocking service. We have placed an order on beginning June 2020. Calling after 2 weeks to ask the progress they notify us that half of our order is out of stock. Then we waited another week. Still no progress. Then decided to cancell oir order as we ordered from another supplier who was excellwnt in service and delivery. When going personally to Leroy greenstone store we had such trouble to get a refund. Firstly they didnt want to give us the delivery fee back and wanted to give us a voucher instead of refund on the credit card. Took 2 and a half hours to get a refund eventually Will definitely not do business with them again. Save yoirself the trouble..
