Poor quality control and service
Company has extremely poor communication as they don't answer calls or emails in a timely manner and at times not even at all. Incorrect order was received even after a second chance was given to them to rectify the first incorrect order. Items were paid for in full and customer service is now non existent.

TERRIBLE Acrylic Fabrication (Pty) Ltd
We approached Acrylic Fabrication in Midrand, JHB a while ago to manufacture ACRYLIC (custom) stands for a new brand we are developing. GUGU helped us by taking measurements of our products and a existing stand we have. After numerous emails we finally where on the same page and they could start production when we paid the deposit (which we did). The production took much longer then promised but we where patient and waited. After a few weeks we could collect the stands. We collected the two stand but when we tested our products size to fit the units it was completely incorrect. OUR customers had to wait for weeks for the units so we had to keep our customers satisfied by delivering the faulty box (promising them we will fix the units for them). The second unit broke and Acrylic Fabrication fixed it with GLUE. IT WAS a terrible! After emailing and calling GUGU they finally fixed the one unit in one day. WOW. The second (also wrong) unit they just refuse to fix and I have been waiting on calls and emails to get this done. it has been now a 4 month struggle with them. DO NOT USE ACRYLIC FABRICATION (PTY) LTD IN MIDRAND TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU. THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEY MAKE FAULTY PRODUCTS without correcting them ... I am still waiting for a reply ......
