poor workmaship, shoddy service , lack of quality control in a shell, Active Auto Scratch and Dent Repairs, Centurion

Philip & Carmen are dishonest "businesspeople". They are not RMI registered, be AWARE. I gave them 3 chances to fix my car, & they failed dismally. Poor workmanship, a shoddy service and lack of quality control! 1) They quoted me on full bonnet job, and did not honour their quote 2) They have poor workmanship & left my car scratched, they really did live up to parts of their name 3) The paint they used did not match my original paint

Philip is an ARROGANT person, who knows nothing about customer service or even quality work even if it bit him. I asked Philip how he is going to rectify this ( i meant process); his response was I will work on it personally? He told me he is not always available to do quality control. and also said after messing up my car for the third time, the law requires me to give him a chance to further mess up. His work " it's as good as it gets" call me if someone can me it better. They are building a business on lies and deceit. I want my refund so I can fix my car with a professional service provider. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
