*****STERS!!!!!!!!!!

Saying that Active Auto Vereeniging Motors are absolute *****STERS is still putting it lightly. These people are pure *******! if you are looking for a reliable car , this would NOT be the place to go. Never mind that they have no common sense on any customer service and all that this dealership is looking for, is *****ing your money! My brother bought a Suzuki Swift from them which still had a few damages that needed to be rectified BY THEM, they advised him to bring the car back so that they could fix what needed to be fixed on the car and told him it would be done in 3 days. IT IS TWO WEEKS LATER and my brother is still sitting without his car!!!!!! After countless follow ups with Janina from Auto Active, she has given my brother a complete run around , after all of the inconvenience caused. She advised that they would be claiming from my brothers warranty. Which is absolute *****! My brother bought the car from them in the condition that it was, IT IS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE FOR THE WARRANTY TO COVER THE DAMAGES , AUTO ACTIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE!! The principal dealer is never available to assist , leaving us as customers frustrated and annoyed by the fact that WE AS CUSTOMERS NEED TO RUN AFTER THEM!
