Upon receiving my settlement amount for my overdraft with Standard Bank in AUGUST 2024, I made it my priority to SETTLE my account within the same month. After numerous phone calls and emails sending through my proof of payment and STILL having to request over and over again for my PAID UP LETTER and closure of the account. I AM STILL WAITING. In the mean time i am being harassed by Brooks and Luyt Attorneys stating that my account remains outstanding! Its the end of October 2024, just asking for a friend if perhaps anyone works in the Admin Support Escalations department at Standard Bank and if they might need any help doing their jobs!

End of July 2024, I requested a settlement letter for my FNB personal loan, in which I received and SETTLED my account around the 22/23 August 2024. To which I did not hesitate doing. However up until today 28 October 2024, I am STILL WAITING for my paid up letter and for the account to be closed. I still receive messages and phone calls stating that I still owe, so upon being harassed and still having to make countless phone calls to FNB and sending numerous emails (IN WHICH I ONLY RECEIVE A REPSONSE WEEKS LATER) in which I have been liaising with Precious Masehla, I STILL HAVE NO RESPONSE AND NO PAID UP LETTER!
Saying that Active Auto Vereeniging Motors are absolute *****STERS is still putting it lightly. These people are pure *******! if you are looking for a reliable car , this would NOT be the place to go. Never mind that they have no common sense on any customer service and all that this dealership is looking for, is *****ing your money! My brother bought a Suzuki Swift from them which still had a few damages that needed to be rectified BY THEM, they advised him to bring the car back so that they could fix what needed to be fixed on the car and told him it would be done in 3 days. IT IS TWO WEEKS LATER and my brother is still sitting without his car!!!!!! After countless follow ups with Janina from Auto Active, she has given my brother a complete run around , after all of the inconvenience caused. She advised that they would be claiming from my brothers warranty. Which is absolute *****! My brother bought the car from them in the condition that it was, IT IS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE FOR THE WARRANTY TO COVER THE DAMAGES , AUTO ACTIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE!! The principal dealer is never available to assist , leaving us as customers frustrated and annoyed by the fact that WE AS CUSTOMERS NEED TO RUN AFTER THEM! Back here to yet again complain about the same IDIOTS who don’t know anything of Reliability or Customer Service in business! Please DO NOT USE DEBT BUSTERS! You will be saving yourself! I am so angry and sitting with my account frozen so after I had cancelled my application and withdrew explaining to them that I was unhappy with their service from the beginning they have the nerve to lock me out of my own account! Leaving me with no money to do anything ! Debt busters did not notify me or anything of this and now I have to run around to banks trying to find out what Is going on! Nevermind the fact that they don’t reply to emails or call you back when you request for a call back. I withdrew from them almost a month ago and now I’m sitting with this problem. This whole process has been utter bull****! The whole point of their service it to help and make peoples lives easier and I have received none of that!
Making this long would be a waste of my time so I’m going to try and keep it short and sweet. And like I have complained to DebtBusters before that I would be better off in debt and paying off my debt on my own . I app**** for assistance from them in April and it is almost the end of May After several phone calls and empty promises I still have my creditors trying to debit my account and Debt Busters is expecting me to pay them an instalment every month on top of that. For what exactly? What is worse whoever works at Debt Busters ,(if there actually is any real employees there) they never reply to emails or even try to assist you when needed the most(Debra Mujera and Asemahle Maliti) I have had two people help me and the funny part is I haven’t been help! DebtBusters would be a complete waste of your time and energy
ATT :PICK &PAY ,I ANTHONY SHAW WOULD LIKE TO DRAW ATTENTION TO CEO /MANAGEMENT OF PICK AND PAY THAT I ANTHONY SHAW AM LIVING IN THE SUBURB OF SOUTHDALE JOHANNESBURG GAUTENG AND THAT IVE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT PICK AND PAY FOR LAST PLUS MINUS TWENTY YEARS AND MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN OF A PLEASANT ONE .BEING A REGULAR CUSTOMER MOST OF THE STAFF KNOW ME SO MUCH SO THAT MOST WILL ADDRESS ME AS MR SHAW .THE REASON FOR THIS EMAIL IS TO BRING TO YOUR ATTENTION THAT UNTIL THE FRIDAY 6TH JANUARY 2023 I HAD A EMBARRASSING AND HUMILIATING SITUATION WITH TWO OF YOUR MANAGERS AT YOUR SOUTHDALE STORE WHEREBY I BOUGHT TWO ONE LITRE PICK AND PAY BRAND OF MILK .IN THE EVENING I MADE COFFEE ONLY TO FIND THAT FIRST LITRE OF MILK WAS TURNING SOMETHING LIKE MAAS AND I THEN OPENED SECOND LITRE AND HAD SAME PROBLEM THAT I HAD TO THROW TWO CUPS OF COFFEE OUT . I REFROZE BOTH SACHETS TO RETURN TO THE STORE THE NEXT MORNING .I POLITELY EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO MANAGEMENT EXPECTING AN APOLOGY AND A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASE BUT INSTEAD I WAS TOLD THERE NO REFUND ON PERISHABLES .I THEN REQUESTED TO SEE THIS RULE AS IT CAME AS A SHOCK TO ME THAT THERE WAS SUCH A RULE AND THAT I HAD JUST LOST MY MONEY LIKE THAT .SHE PROMISED TO GO PRINT THIS RULE BUT INSTEAD OF DOING THAT TOLD ONE OF STAFF TO REFUND ME THREE RAND ONLY .THIS WAS ENOUGH FOR ME TO PUT UP A FUSS DEMANDING A FULL REFUND .SHE THEN ON TOP OF HER VOICE SHOUTED AT ME THAT I DONT SWEAR HER THAT OTHER STAFF CAME AROUND ME SCREAMING YOU DONT SWEAR A WOMAN WHICH I HAD NOT DONE BUT ONLY DEMAND MY MONEY BACK .BY THEN CUSTOMERS WERE WATCHING THIS EMBARRASSING SCENE AND MALE STAFF WERE SAYING YOU DONT SWEAR A WOMAN AND NOT EVEN GIVING ME A VOICE SOME EVEN COMING INTO MY FACE .THIS MANAGER WHEN REALIZING I WONT GIVE IN THEN SUMMON ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER TO REFUND ME .WHILE BEING HELPED ANOTHER MANAGER COMES TO ME AND SAYS BY HER OWN WORDS SAYS YOU CALLED US ******S THE LADY THAT WAS HELPING ME COULDN'T CONTAIN HER SMILE AS SHE KNEW THAT WAS A BLATANT LIE WHEREBY A RACIST CARD WAS BEING USED .A STAFF MEMBER THEN WHISPERED TO ME THAT I SHOULD REPORT THIS TO HEAD OFFICE AS THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST AND THERE WAS NO SUCH RULE .AS THERE CAMERAS THAT PROBABLY RECORDED THE WHOLE INCIDENT I AM AT LIBERTY TO TAKE THIS HUMILIATING SITUATION IN A SERIOUS LIGHT .USING RACE CARD WAS IGNORANT OF THESE MANAGER S AS WHAT THEY DONT KNOW IS THAT MY MOTHER IS BLACK AND WOULD NEVER USE THAT WORD IN A STORE PACKED WITH CUSTOMERS LET ALONE EVEN THINK IT OVER SOUR MILK AND A REFUND .I THEN FOR MY OWN PEACE OF MIND WENT TO SHOPRITE WHEREBY I ASKED TO SEE MANAGEMENT AND ASKED IF THERE WAS SUCH A RULE AND HER REPLY WAS I CAN RETURN ANYTHING IF AM NOT HAPPY AND A REFUND OR EXCHANGE CAN BE EXECUTED .IT WAS CLEAR THEN THAT ALL THE STAFF THAT KNEW ME FELT I WAS TREATED VERY BAD AND MY NEEDS AS A CUSTOMER WERE VIOLATED THAT MY ANGER SOARED TO A LOT OF TRAUMA .I ANTHONY SHAW WOULD APPRECIATE FEEDBACK AS SOME OF THE MALE STAFF WERE CLOSE TO A FIST FIGHT WITH ME IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND STAFF.I THANK YOU IN ADVANCE AND HOPE I WILL GET SATISFACTORY FEEDBACK AS EVEN OTHER SHOPPERS WERE NOT HAPPY WITH MANAGEMENT APPROACH AND FURTHER SCREAMING THAT I SHOULD NOT COME SHOP THERE .TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GET OUT DONT COME HERE THEIR WORDS . Absolutely unreliable! My mother suffers from a chronic disease called MS ,in which NO event can chronic medication be delayed! My mothers script was processed on the 29th September 2022 and today is the 6th of October 2022 and still NO medication!!!! 7 days without medication.What these people don’t understand is that if my mother has a relapse this responsibility is COMPLETELY ON THEM! And I will make sure of that! Medical aids are there to support us and those who are unable to do so for themselves. They have proven to be completely inconsiderate in that my mother is still sitting with no chronic medication and I have to do the running around to ensure that this gets done ! Highly disappointed
Please be aware that Boodle quick loans is utter rubbish! If you are in desperate need of some cash for any life emergency ,you have a better chance playing the powerball! Their consultants claim to be working on your loan application that supposedly takes 3 hours ,for me it has taken 3 whole days! and I still haven’t received any help! So please don’t look for any help from Boodle ,not helpful or considerate of customer service at all!
