I have had loan long ago with Boodle nd they still dont want to update my report they refuse to make the accout paid up evn though i had paid them along time ago.pls if u want to protect ur score never take a loan from boodle biggest ****mers

Please do not ever use Boodle loans. I recieved a qaute and and they let me know I am approved for a loan. Then when you approved the qaute you do not get payment. When you phone the call centre you do not get feedback and the one person tell you a story and then when you call again it's a different story. Hello! Please do not ever use Boodle loans. I recieved a qaute and and they let me know I am approved for a loan. Then when you approved the qaute you do not get payment. When you phone the call centre you do not get feedback and the one person tell you a story and then when you call again it's a different story. Hello! I had one pay day loan - and then managed to get an approval for R8000 over 6 months - I only look half as it was all I required at that stage - I was told I could qualify for a top up after 3 successful payments - so now I paid my 3rd payment and was told sorry you can now only qualify for one month loans as I NEED to have 3 paid 1 month loans because of directors changes in policies! This after I received around 20 emails encouraging to apply within the month of February. I will never over indebt myself taking a 1 month loan instead of the 6 month loan I wanted I will NEVER take any loan again after I was taken for an ass the whole month. cant wait to settle this company

I joined live chat for assistance with this and no one responded for 20 min. I started my application over and the same happened when uploading bank statements. I reached out on live chat again and as we speak I have been waiting for assistance for half an hour. The service is nonexistent. Very bad

Zero should be the rating. After settling my account in Sept 2025, my account remains overdue with Boodle and my ITC not corrected. Incorrectly Negatively impacting my credit for 6months and still continuing to do so. Boodle has not assisted to rectify the matter for over 6 months and continue to send me generic emails. I have followed up month after months, had several emails and telephonic calls with Boodle to fix this issue. MY CREDIT IS being NEGATIVELY AFFECTED for MONTHS! Service is appalling!

Setting up an Arrangement lead to whole disrespect story. From agent level to Team leader. Initial requested an Team leader from IDA team, But agent brought other agent on the line. To a point I had to request Team Leader & spoke to a gentleman Called Siphesihle Mnjali. Zero empathy & sympathy for how agents conduct themselves on the line , but He just disrespected me & to a point so no need to apologise. Till I had to raise the apology part & had the guts to tell me . If I am not happy with the Apology. Thats on me not on him. Worse service ever 🚮
