Paid up letters not sent
I paid up Boodle on the 26th March 2026. I requested for paid up letters and was told to update my email address which was done. I called yet again and was told to send a screenshot shot as the matter needs to be escalated to their IT department. Please send me the paid up letters1 reply

Santam taking too long with claim resolutions
I had an accident with a Santam clients, so essentially this is a Third party claim. The claim number is ***. I have been waiting from March to get my car sorted out. This is disappointing. I will never consider Santam as an insurer for my own vehicle2 replies

Deposit not reflecting
I deposited money and it didn't reflect in my account using Cspitec Pay. I called in and was told to send a screen shot from the app and call again in a few minutes which I did. I was told that the proof of payment is required in pdf which I'm not able to download for capitec pay transactions. Then this query was escalated. It's been almost 60 hours already2 replies
