Mpowa sent me an email for a second loan. I accepted the offer. They usually approve the application quick.. They are now taking 20 MILLION YEARS to approve it!!! I sent them an email to CANCEL THE APPLICATION!!!!
I made a payment to Finchoice and requested that they update their records & CONFIRM VIA EMAIL, once done!!!! I also requested for an UPDATED STATEMENT, after the payment!!!! I have not received the above mentioned!!!! My email is address to the SUPPORT MANAGER. It's just being IGNORED!!!!
I settled my loan and requested that that they update their records & confirm via e - mail, once done. I e - mailed them the proof of payment also. On checking, the payment does not reflect on the statement. They chose to ignore my request, above. I want an updated statement from them
I sent Truworths an email regarding my employment history there. I received an automatic email that they'll respond within 48 hours. I am still waiting for their response. Pity, I have to go this route.
I paid Mpowa & requested that they confirm via e - mail, that their records are updated!!! This has NOT been done!!!!
I've been sending FinChoice emails upon emails, but to date, it has been ignored. The "48 hour" window period they gave, has already passed. I've requested twice, for an updated statement of my account. They have failed to comply
I sent Spar Woodstock Quarter an email regarding the POOR, PATHETIC SERVICE, provided by the staff. To date, I have not received any feedback from them. I then emailed a customer service agent to escalate the email to the stores' Regional Manager. Still, no response from them. I, unfortunetely, will not be shopping there again.

They are quick to approve your loan, but when you request them for information, they take 20 BILLION TRILLION YEARS, to respond. They haven't responded yet!!!!! WHAT POOR, PATHETUC SERVICE!!!
I e - mailed Unifi informing them that a debit order went off. I informed them that the account is paid. I DID NOT request for a "PAID UP LETTER"!!! I requested for a full refund. The don't provide their name on their e - mail signature, which so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They should respond to the query that is being sent to them, not avoid it and do their own thing!!!!!
