I sent them an email regarding my loan application. I addressed it to the SUPPORT MANAGER. A consultant answered the email. I responded that my email was addressed to the SUPPORT MANAGER. I got another response from another consultant. I responded and asked whether he is the SUPPORT MANAGER. The thing is they are so UNPROFESSIONAL, they do not put their job title on their email. This is part of good Email Etiquette, which is clear, the consultants have not been trained in. To date, no response from the SUPPORT MANAGER.
I requested for an UPDATED STATEMENT for my account. Nonhlanhla Nhlapo sent me a PAID UP LETTER, which I DID NOT REQUEST!!!!! Please inform her manager regarding this POOR, ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!! I WANT AN UPDATED STATEMENT!!!!!
I send them emails upon emails, but they clearly ignore it. I make my debit order for the 29th of the month, they change it to the 25th.
Sent them an e - mail regarding a payment I wanted to online. Have not received an acknowledgment from them.

They have been calling me continuously, despite blocking their no's. What does the consultants not understand when their calls are being rejected????? I want them to remove my no. from their contact list with IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!!!!!
Mpowa sent me an email for a second loan. I accepted the offer. They usually approve the application quick.. They are now taking 20 MILLION YEARS to approve it!!! I sent them an email to CANCEL THE APPLICATION!!!!
I made a payment to Finchoice and requested that they update their records & CONFIRM VIA EMAIL, once done!!!! I also requested for an UPDATED STATEMENT, after the payment!!!! I have not received the above mentioned!!!! My email is address to the SUPPORT MANAGER. It's just being IGNORED!!!!
I settled my loan and requested that that they update their records & confirm via e - mail, once done. I e - mailed them the proof of payment also. On checking, the payment does not reflect on the statement. They chose to ignore my request, above. I want an updated statement from them
I sent Truworths an email regarding my employment history there. I received an automatic email that they'll respond within 48 hours. I am still waiting for their response. Pity, I have to go this route.
