I have paid off my account on the 27 September 2024 then on the 1st October but they still calling me that I owe them and it reflects on my Clear Score that I'm owing. I have been explaining to their consultants that I paid off the account but still that was not rectified. I need this resolved.

Good day I made an application Sunday afternoon, I did the kinda fast and super fast option. I've sent all documentation through. Yet my application is still set 88%. I've sent an email for client support. The response was that they're are working on my application but 24hrs have passed and nothing has changed. My application is pending and an accepted debicheck. I really thought I'd have my answer so I can access the funds to tend to an urgent matter.

This company is fr a u d. Dont trust them they not legit!! They will share your detailsnto spam callers and have all kinds of excuses when it comes to paying out your loan, if your one pay daye was 25th and next is 26 due to a weekend its a problem. Will also report all my findings and get them closed for good afte rmy lawsuit.
