I settled an existing loan on 29 April 2026, I used an old reference number for a closed loan and sent in the proof of payment. I sent an email again request my loan to be updated and I got a feedback on 1 May 2026 08:12am that I used a wrong ref account however my request was escalated to the finance department so they can allocate manually and I will be notified via email, today it the 7th May 2026 I haven't received any feedback and my profile still indicates the existing loan. I have emailed again several times without getting feedback and I called no feedback from you. How long does it take to allocate payment? since the 29 April you are still allocating the payment. I have been unfairy treated here, I have been your trusted customer sometime now. I will have to escalate this matter further to credit ombudsman as I am not getting any assistance from you.
I am not pleased with unifi services, I have been your customer for sometime now and I have never experienced such services. My account was debited on 24th April instead of the 28th. The 28th it doesn't fall on a weekend neither the public holiday. I had not money in my account expect R150. My account has now accumulated unsuccessful debit order fees per unsuccessful debit it R150. I need you to pay the accumulated funds on my account. Your customer services it pathetic as well I have emailed you a couple of times to rectify this mistake all I get it's pathetic explanation about weekends and holidays which you know that you were wrong about debiting my account on a wrong. I can not keep quiet about this if this matter is not resolved I will escalate it further to the National Financial Ombud Scheme. This is unacceptable.
I bought two willow arm chairs sage in colour sold each for R3500 and I paid the price for the chairs to be assembled. They delivered and assembled the chairs and I signed in for delivery. After few I noticed that the chairs requires to be adjusted cause they were looking a bit flimsy. I asked my husband to un***** only to find out there are missing bolts on the chairs not all the bolts were installed. I was shocked by that, I then sent an email attached pictures of the chairs with missing bolts requesting a pair of missing bolts to be sent cause I didn't want to return back the chairs. I was told there's is no stock, I will need to return back the chairs and they will refund me. If you really care about your customers you go an extra mile to ensure that they happy, how could it be so hard to find the bolts of the 2 arm chairs. I was really my first time buying furniture at Mr Price. I thought let me try buying furniture at Mr Price cause I am particular on where I buy furniture what I got was a disappointment. I would advice anyone buying furniture for the first time at Mr Price, make a wise decisions before you regret.
Tyme you don't deserve even a single rating, you are just a *****. I have app**** for a loan on line got an approval message to send 3 months bank statement which I did then got an approval message to that my loan is approved. Then I got a message with a link to proceed with signing the contract. As I open the link it took me back to the approval and there is no where else to sign. When I call I get no assistance I'm told a story that doesn't make sense that I should get an invite to apply which means I was not approved. This is such a terrible experience I had with Tyme bank just want everyone to be aware of this ****. As my first application I did the same application and I was approved and got the funds .
You still went and debited by account on the date U did sign up for, I brought this matter before, seems like you do not care at all. As a first time borrower with you I would never advice anyone to take a loan with. Even responding to this it just a waste of time cause you do not keep your words. You responding for publicity to make them think you really care for customers, the actual fact you don't.
It my first time taking a loan with Capfin, I was debited before due date and occurred unsuccessful charges. When my salary came it minus the unsuccessful charges. Can I please get a refund of my bank charges. I have been going through hello Peter I see the same concerned raised , capfin seems to not really care fixing this error. I need my bank charges back please, every cent matters. We live in tough times so I need my money back.
