NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE - COMES WITH A 10 YEAR WARRANTY - AND ONCE MACHINE BREAKS DOWN - THEY CLAIM ITS ONLY 24 MONTHS - BUT MY MACHINE HAS A HUGE VERY HUGE STICKER ON SAYING 10 YEAR WARRANTY !!!! WELL I AM GOING TO CHUCK THIS PIECE OF TRASH OUT AND GO BUY MYSELF A SPEED QUEEN THAT WILL LAST FOR MANY YEARS TO COME!!!
MTN is taking money that does not belong to them - took a double debit order without any explanation - i did email them on 9 October to resolve this issue - with no answer or feedback ......... poor service.
ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2025 I MADE AN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT FROM MY STANDARDBANK ACCOUNT TO MY AFRICAN BANK ACCOUNT, MONEY REFLECTED IN MY AFRICAN BANK AND THEN THE NEXT MOMENT IT WAS GONE – I PHONED AFRICAN BANK – THEY SAID IT WAS AN AUTOMATIC REVERSAL FROM STANDARDBANK – SO I PHONED STANDARDBANK – THEY ARE JUST PULLING UP THEIR SHOULDERS – NEITHER STANDARDBANK OR AFRICAN BANK WANTS TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. R 1000 UNACCOUNTED FOR AND NOBODY WANTS TO SORT IT OUT!

For as long as I can remember I have been a prestige customer for Standardbank.... with all my business accounts and trust account. I am seriously reconsidering this - seems FNB will be the way forward. I tried to access the Bidvest Lounge at OR Tambo International departures but was declined access ??? seems like my money isn't good enough... Does not even help that I email my Personal or Business banker - as they are also non responsive ...
WHAT A DISGRACE !!! I HAVE A BUSINESS PACKAGE WITH MTN SPECIFICALLY FOR THE USE OF THE DATA SHARE PLAN - AS MY WIFE AND MY CCTV CAMERAS IS LINKED TO THIS DATA SHARE PLAN ! NOW I GET NOTIFICATION THAT AS OF 1 SEPTEMBER 2025 I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO SO???? IS THIS NOT BREACH OF CONTRACT ON MTN"S SIDE ?? SO DOES THIS MEAN I CAN NOW CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND MOVE TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER ? NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!
WOW ! First time using Naked after I have moved a few months ago ! Awesome experience - call center agents well trained ! follow up and service was next level. They where very concerned over my safety while I had a breakdown on the road. Constant phone calls to keep me updated on eta of tow in service and they ensured that I was safe until my husband arrived .
What a joke... Funeral Plans are exactly that for funerals - now you are expected to go through a bunch of red tape for documents to get this paid out - Letter of Authority and Estate Statement also now needs to be handed in - so by the time you have completed all this forms went to Master wait for Letter the funeral is long gone - in a time of sorrow you have to do all this and have a funeral with limited funds? I do not think this is what funeral policies are for - I think it is there to make this time more bare able for family members, bot no Capitec will make it as hard as possible.
Seems Like I am one of many that does not get their Lotto Winnings paid out by Standardbank and Call Centre refers you to Lotto? I bought Lotto ticket online .... on my Standardbank app
Paying for a service that does not work !!! Panic button not working and Call Centre expecting me to do the fault finding ! I am not a Tracking Technician. I am having this unit removed and installing a Tracker as I have had no issues with them before !!!
