I am not pleased with unifi services, I have been your customer for sometime now and I have never experienced such services. My account was debited on 24th April instead of the 28th. The 28th it doesn't fall on a weekend neither the public holiday. I had not money in my account expect R150. My account has now accumulated unsuccessful debit order fees per unsuccessful debit it R150. I need you to pay the accumulated funds on my account.
Your customer services it pathetic as well I have emailed you a couple of times to rectify this mistake all I get it's pathetic explanation about weekends and holidays which you know that you were wrong about debiting my account on a wrong.
I can not keep quiet about this if this matter is not resolved I will escalate it further to the National Financial Ombud Scheme. This is unacceptable.
