i have been trying to get assistance from this company for so many days now, my husband has passed away and he was in charge of the wifi and account and i am trying to change the ownership details and payment information and no one is connecting me or assisting me i have been whats apping them , emailing , trying to get information no responses and i need this done before my wifi goes off . once my connection goes off i dont even know how to pauy or who to contact they are so difficult to reach and this could be the worst wifi service i have ever recieved .
This companies service has become annoying and the most disgusting , firstly their agents are calling me and when i answer they hang up the calls , secondly they never respind to cliebts emails , i have their numbers saved and can see exactly which agents are calling me and when i email them they ignore me who does such things ? How can they calk clients than hang up on them , then ignore their emails .
if there is one company that will dissapoiny you by giving the worst service to clients its boodle ,they take years to respond ,they tell you that you qualify for a l9an that after applying they just leave you hanging to response or correspondence, i regret joining them .

This is getting frustrating and out of hand this service is word than i imagines how hard can it be to get good customer service from this useless company ,their agents are so slow and never get anything right ,this will be the last time i am going to request for an educated person to call me and assist me with correcting my debit order information on my 2 policies i have with you i am tired of this run around i want this ficed today .
i am extremely disappointed in the terrible service they provide and the pathetic assistance i have been receiving from them ,i have 2 life policies with them and have been trying to sort my information out with them for so long as they mixed up my policy details and information and also debit order information and everyone that calls me ensures me everything is correct but it still isn't ,imagine trying to claim one day with this people and they give me issues because of their own fault ,i am really dissapointed in them
i have been in arrears with my Mr price clothing account but even though i am struggling i still make it my duty to make arrangements , in April i was unable to make a payment due to a fmaily death and i have been emailing them and trying to he assistance with a new arraangement but no one is reaponding or trying to help me , they want clients to pay but when you need help no one wants to assist i am so disappointed in their service i always email paymentassistance@mrpg.co.za and the people who assist there gives us the worst assistance and can be so impatient and rude i am very disappointed now i understand why people just ignore their debts in south africa because of poor customer service , if anyone wants to help email me on nicola.rai@yahoo.com
i need an urgent call i paid the loan repayment instantly thinking the loan amount is not going off and i was debited i need an urgent refund i am unable to pay all my debt because of this
