Absolutely unacceptable. Called active fibre 3 days ago to log a ticket only to find out that no ticket had been logged! Been over 5 days without connection now - there response was to send a tech to our home without notice when we were at work. Managed to get them access to the complex (not the apartment) and no feedback was received, AND THERE IS STILL NO CONNECTION!
We work from home twice a week and this is not the first issue we've had with them.
