I have been with them for over 3 years but lately past 6 months, they block your internet even if you have paid them and sent them proof of payment. They are not apologizing for blocking the service, very arrogant and they take their time to open it. Once they blocked it on Sunday after 14:00, knowing very well that their working hours are till 14:00 Sundays, meaning you will only get help on Monday after 08:00.

So I had a service that I cancelled and yesterday and when asking if one is able to reconnect I am being told this…The services have cancelled already on the 3rd of January and a reconnection fee of R1058 will be payable plus the R489 package for January usage before reconnection of services can happen Kindly advise whether I can create an invoice for you ?

Transfered my fibre from Durban to jhb as I relocated. Informed active fibre on the 15/10/25, requested to be reconnected in jhb on 3/11/25. This was confirmed in writing, all necessary forms and proof of residency was sent through. I am getting the run around being told that I have to wait for openserve to contact me since the 3rd. Nobody has made contact with me. I phone active fibre this morning and asked to speak to a manager, I was told that I would get the same answer I.e. wait for a phone call from openserve. I find this unacceptable.

Terrible and painful experience. They guarantee outages than having connections. September alone has been a mess and for that I demand my money back. Support team is not good and updating clients, there is never an ETR which is really frustrating. I am in Equestrian Pretoria East and have been off since early morning 24 Sept. There is no comms or updates. This is affecting our livelihoods & careers. Give me my money back for September as you were never ON!!!!!!

Absolutely unacceptable. Called active fibre 3 days ago to log a ticket only to find out that no ticket had been logged! Been over 5 days without connection now - there response was to send a tech to our home without notice when we were at work. Managed to get them access to the complex (not the apartment) and no feedback was received, AND THERE IS STILL NO CONNECTION! We work from home twice a week and this is not the first issue we've had with them.

Active Fibre was just made me lose faith in Fibre internet... I have been down since the 3rd of July. And no one seems to be able to take accountability and they blaming vumatel as if I'm vuma's client I pay active Fibre they must must make sure that I have service. No one calls me I have wasted over R1000 in this period just to call the center and after 4pm no answers the call. It's funny and I'm curious to see how thier task reports are handle by the managers who don't seem to care about thier clients and don't want to speak to clients in a market that's growing in SA everyone needs fibre but who's providing the best service I won't recommend anyone to join active fibre as it stands I'm paying for something I dont have access to and I will be expected to pay in full and not to mention extremely poor speeds n ping for the past months... Here is my ticket ID 5091 can someone in charge assist with this...
