The rating is actually 0 Terrible and painful experience. They guarantee outages than having connections. September alone has been a mess and for that I demand my money back. Support team is not good and updating clients, there is never an ETR which is really frustrating. I am in Equestrian Pretoria East and have been off since early morning 24 Sept. There is no comms or updates. This is affecting our livelihoods & careers. Give me my money back for September as you were never ON!!!!!!

Bought a new development Property which the developer K. Carrim decided to rent out while they try to make sales. Unfortunately for me I liked a unit with tenants, was promised it will be fixed to an acceptable condition once the tenants move out. The property was registered 15 March, tenants moved out 30 April. It is 30 May and I am still negotiation with the agent and developer to replace some of the things which really are in a bad condition. The stove doesn't look like it will see December, the Sink doesn't have stoppers and looks rusty( agent said it is just dirt like that's acceptable), the Mirror in one bathroom has permanent mark, the taps have some rust that cant be removed. Agent for Remax is Nerine Geldenhus developer K Carrim... why was it sold as a new development if they knew their willingness to fix whatever is zero.
If you are looking for a funeral cover look nowhere near Hollard. The claims process is a pain, no communication whatsoever or ACTION. My late father (buried on 17 December 2021). I logged a claim on the 15 December with all required documents, it is now the 22nd December and nothing has been done. My heart goes out to the people who are dependent only on Hollard to burry their loved ones. I beg and edge you all not to business with these people!!!!!!
This company will list you for missed payment that will affect your credit record while you are a consistent paying client, very ridiculous and incompetent.
I took out a vehicle finance loan from Absa while buying from a factory. I have never received such treatment by the bank the virtual sales consultant so brutally rude and incompetent. The process was initiated on 3rd November 2020 it’s the 1 December 2020 and I still don’t have the car, meanwhile I took absa just 3 days to finilise the loan. I was prompted by absa to activate insurance for the invisible vehicle which I did. Insurance is now deducted twice for the ghost car. I have been waiting for 4 days for absa to change ownership of the vehicle so i can get the car. No one is willing to answer my question regarding when all of this will be done, nor the sales person willing to answer me. This is a very frustrating and painful process and I will not advise anyone to go for absa as they treat clients like they doing them a favour. The person assisting is Nomsisi Radebe a pain to communicate with the person, you have to call them numerous time to get feedback from her. I hate it with no doubt.
