Dear Activision Support, I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding what appears to be a shadow ban placed on my account. I am currently unable to join matches with friends, which has significantly impacted my experience with the game. I have legally purchased all of my games and have never questioned the pricing. However, like many other players, I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the presence of hackers in the game. The situation has deteriorated to the point where it’s often difficult to distinguish between highly skilled players and those using unfair advantages. I want to clarify that I do not use any form of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software. You are welcome to review my gaming system—there is nothing suspicious or in violation of your terms of service. It is disheartening to feel penalized as an honest player, especially when the broader issue of cheating continues to affect the community. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account and provide clarification on the reason for the shadow ban.

90% of the cod community is hacking and using undetected gear and nothing happens and they just make a new account and carry on. Every game I've played since seonson 4 you can see people have hacks...but yet nothing happens...

Don't waste your money if you're planning on learning the game and improving, because once you improve, you get spam reported by the salty COD community, and you get placed in a limited match making state, not because you cheated, but because there's no anti-cheat. The "shadow ban" usually lasts 7 days when your account has been reviewed and they found you really weren't cheating. But once you get back in, have a few good games, get reported by the community, you're just back in a limited match making state, and there's no support, no appeal, no way to prove your innocence. It's a never ending cycle of playing one day, shadow banned for a week, playing one day, and so on. Power is given to the salty COD community to decide if you're cheating, because there's no working anti-cheat. DON'T BUY ANY ACTIVISION PRODUCT.

My account was unfairly banned on Black Ops 6. I have never used cheats or installed external software to give me an unfair advantage but my account was permanently banned today. I have gone through the recommended channel and sent a ban appeasal but they are stating I will stay banned. I am unable to talk to anyone or message anyone on how to fix my issue which is a really bad system

I want to share my frustration in dealing with Activision on their unwillingness to resolve my several complaints/cases raised on my Call of Duty Mobile account being hacked. My account has recently over the past month been hacked by an unknown person. This is a game that I have enjoyed playing for a number of years, many hours and money spent on the game and has now sadly gotten to the point where someone else has gained access to my account, unsure as to how this occurs but the problem persists and is getting worse each and every day. This person not only changes my load-outs, deletes my friends, forces me to be kicked out of games whilst playing and forces a restart (some error message stating account logged in from another location), but even spends my CP in the game. It makes the whole experience of gaming Call of Duty mobile so unpleasant that I am no longer interested in playing this game anymore. I have pleaded with Activision on many occasions to have this matter resolved and it’s just a run around. Little to no effort being provided and just a poor response/feedback received everytime. I have unlinked accounts, changed passwords, enable two-factor authentication but nothing seems to work. I log into the game and get kicked out, see my rank being affected and see that CP has been spent by some unknown person. Surely the creators of the game can have these matters resolved otherwise what is the point in raising concerns like this if they are able or willing to assist. This is simply poor customer support and a matter that Activision needs to address and take seriously otherwise it’s going to cause other victims to this, to experience what I am going through and make people leave this game for good. I want to say that Activision makes great gaming but at this stage they don’t feel anything towards the people that are being affected by hackers. So to others out there that are having the same issue, good luck in getting these matters resolved. I hope for your sake you can get some positive support from Activision. For me, Activision you have let me down and now have one seriously unhappy customer. You have no problem taking my money but when I need help from you, I get nothing in return.
