Withholding of matric statement and certificate

I am extremely disappointed with Acudeo College Protea Glen for withholding my Matric statement of results and certificate due to unpaid school fees. According to the South African Schools Act (SASA), it is ******* for a school to withhold academic records or certificates for any reason, including non-payment of fees.

The school has refused to release my documents, which I urgently need for further education and job opportunities. This practice is not only ********* but also in direct violation of my rights as a former learner.

I am calling on the Department of Education to intervene and ensure that the school complies with the law. I urge Acudeo College Protea Glen to release my documents immediately and stop penalising students for financial circumstances beyond their control.
