sent my laptop in for repairs & they have lost it
I sent my laptop in to have the screen repaired, the phoned me when the repair was done and I asked for an invoice and bsnk details to make payment. I asked a further 3 times after that but to no avail. Since I am relocating this has now become very urgent..just to be told they do not have the laptop, and don't know what happened to it. As far as they are concerned they have no record of it, even though I have an original signed p.o.d.! Evidently that's not their problem as the person who signed for it is no longer with the company, and they clearly have no intention of compensating me. I see this as outright theft!!!

As owner of Acumen Technologies we take this matter very seriously.
I have asked our logistics manager to send me the email communication between our employee Cindy and yourself dated below.
Am I correct in saying that you left the laptop with us for a year as per your email below? Plse contact me personally on 083 653 6298 so that we can resolve this issue.

Acumen repaired the screen of my Samsung laptop last year already, and don't ask me why I left it so long (out of sight is out of mind I suppose), but I still need to pay for it and have it collected. It was signed for by Mike Menzies, and the package consisted of the Samsung laptop, the laptop bag and psu. Please can you forward me an invoice for the repairs (I was quoted I think about R1,000.00) and I will make payment and have my driver collect it as soon as possible
