Decisions made by management without concerning parents

The management team of the daycare decided to close the front gate so all parents must use the back gate. I do understand that the decision was made for the safety of children but there's other dangers they did not think of when this decision was made. The back gate is very far from the drop zone for parents using the public transport and its not safe. When I enrolled my child the front gate was used to enter the premises, now the board decided that the gate will no longer be used without concerning the parents. Since the road to the back gate is dangerous the daycare will be held responsible for any harm that might come to the parents taking their children to the daycare or picking them up from the daycare.
