I bought an Old School jersey from their store in Stellenbosch. The jersey shrunk after the first wash. I then contacted Old School that informed me that I can get a new jersey from Adam & Eve. I contacted the store on the 29th Sept, they informed me that they need to order one in to exchange. I have followed up via email the last week with no response. This is the worst service ever experienced.

I placed an order with Adam & Eve in March. I was told by the shipping company (DHL) that it has reached South Africa (from USA). I enquired about my parcel and tracking number from DHL, however, (to date), the South African Post Office (SAPO) has no idea where this parcel is because they say the tracking number is invalid. I contacted Adam & Eve to tell them that I tried to get hold of DHL but they are not replying to my emails, so I asked if they could get hold of DHL. Adam & Eve refused, however, they said they would resend the parcel at no additional cost to me. They used a shipping company called OPS, and this shipping company asked me to pay an additional R341 over the $34.85 that I had already paid in March (where shipping was included in the cost). I told OPS that I refuse to pay, and told Adam & Eve if it's possible for me to have a refund. Adam & Eve replied saying something along the lines of my account being closed, therefore they cannot help me further and "please stop emailing us". I found this rude, offensive, and highly disgusting behaviour, considering that they are a well known company on that side of the continent. I would recommend that no one ever buys from there.
