When I booked my flights I paid for specific seats on the flight from Istanbul to Los Angeles. The seats I selected was in a 2 seat row. I got different seats in a 3 row seat. This means that my wife had to sit in the middle, next to another passenger. I specifically selected and paid for the seats as there was only 2 seats in that row to make sure that we had the row for ourselves. The costs for the seats were R 3200. I need to get my money back. This is the absolute worst experience flying with Turkish airlines. From booking in at Cape Town airport, flight delays, baggage lost, baggage damage to not getting the seats I paid for.
I bought an Old School jersey from their store in Stellenbosch. The jersey shrunk after the first wash. I then contacted Old School that informed me that I can get a new jersey from Adam & Eve. I contacted the store on the 29th Sept, they informed me that they need to order one in to exchange. I have followed up via email the last week with no response. This is the worst service ever experienced.
Worst support experience ever received. I logged my complaint on the 29th Sept. This was for the jersey I bought that shrunk. I have been promised that I can get a new one, I am still waiting. Every time I reach out all It get back is that somebody will contact me.
Don't ever let your insurance use Cape Insurance Replacements to replace your washing machine. They replaced our washing machine with a new LG washing machine end of Sept 2022. The washing machine broke on the 15th March 2023, They only registered this with LG on the 16th, LG has a 48 hour turnaround but now confirmed they can only come out on Wednesday, the 22 March. I will make sure that I provide the detail to our insurance company not to use them again
I bought a patio set online on Black Friday at around 10h00. The payment was made immediately. I never received any conversation that the order was actually placed. I tried contacting the Customer Services from Saturday. Only today they answered my call just to inform me that they cannot help. Their online department is behind with orders and do not answer any calls at this time. They do not know by when I can expect any communication from them. This is unacceptable. The payment was made immediately but they cannot deliver on any of their promises. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!
