Bad aftersales service
Don't ever let your insurance use Cape Insurance Replacements to replace your washing machine. They replaced our washing machine with a new LG washing machine end of Sept 2022. The washing machine broke on the 15th March 2023, They only registered this with LG on the 16th, LG has a 48 hour turnaround but now confirmed they can only come out on Wednesday, the 22 March. I will make sure that I provide the detail to our insurance company not to use them again

Awesome service
Service was awesome and speedy! Riaan at the company was so helpful and made my claiming process from outsurance a really good experience! Took me 3 working days to get approval and get a deliver date for my new tv. Within 5 working days my tv was delivered with correct specs and everything! Really awesome service!

P&G --Riaan superstar
Outsurance has not let me down since I have had the insurance with them (Content,Car out and about) I have experienced incidents over the years, and in all of that they have never let me down. Also dealt with Riaan from P&G, who handled my replacements with understanding and patience. I appreciate someone who not only does just his job, but understand the trauma of having to go through the process claim. He is indeed a superstar.
