ADT is owe's me 2 months of free service since December 2021....Every month they debit the service fee and when being questioned about the 2 free months they keep on debiting i just get a sorry Miss Cornelius we will shift it to next month .Worst part is its still be debited ,so my question is if i send emails and communicate via telecom and they still do not play the part does it mean =incompetent staff ?poor management ?pathetic customer service ?I do not believe so but trust ADT Fidelity to please do the job customers requires / pay . on Friday evening i placed an order at 19 :15 with Debonairs Pizza (belhar) . I have waited two hours and there was still no delivery, then I decided that I will call them and just query how far they are with my food. I called several time (7 attempts) and the phone kept ringing. This is not the 1st time after 2 hours the pizza was cold and the toppings looked old and dried out....I do not think that it is right to pay alot of money for your standard to drop like that. This is my last order as I have the same problem every month.

Please advise why I do not see any ADT patrols since beginning of December 2021.If I am correct I pay and you deliver but it aint happening ….please advise soonest as this is the 10th time addressing this issue. I have been calling in and sending emails without success. COR 01117 kindly advise asap.
Pay back my money that you owe me .I have been struggling with the refund since 15 DECEMBER 2021.Its not how you deal with customers. I sent emails on emails and chatted on Facebook asking for my money back without success.
Pathetic service.....ripping off clients without any shame . Asked for a technician to come out to my property to reinstall what was supposed to be installed in the 1st place .....I was under the impression adt team was on point but I was wrong.so I book an appointment for them to install the a new backup battery and in the same sentence I mentioned that the alarm went off without a team being sent . The lady on the telephone advised me she will give me call as soon as reach at home to restart it,but failed to do so.Spoke to a different call center agent whereby she tells me a different story.....adt should please not leave trainees unsupervised.how can I pay if you don't deliver I am not your ATM

Ocean Basket Vangate mall I spent almost R 900 and the food was not up to standard after getting it 1 hour late .The flies is pathetic all over the tables which is not on.Your standards have for sure dropped.
PATHETIC SERVICE...JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL FOREVER STRUGGLE WITH NO NETWORK. ITS A SCAM .RIPPING OFF PEOPLE FROM THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.
