I am very frustrated with Mugg & Bean Meyersdal. On the 24th of December 2025, I placed an order via the Mugg & Bean app. My account was debited, but I did not receive my food because some items were out of stock. I then received a message stating that my order would be canceled and that I would be refunded. It is now 2026, and I still have not received my refund. I have called the shop and sent emails, but the communication has been extremely poor. Unless I contact them myself, no one bothers to update me, which shows a complete lack of customer care and accountability.

I am very frustrated with Mugg & Bean Meyersdal. Poor quality food and poor management of issues on feedback - I logged a complaint via Facebook for a King steer I bought giving all details via their dm (slip, date time etc.). The manager phones me when im busy then whatsapps me in which i explained I was busy at time of call saying the patty size what incredibly small (mind you they recently increased their prices). The manager , LILLY (whatsapp number ending 4668) says she will let head office know (this is considered her resolution) - I then said you guys need to process a refund because this is not what I paid for - of which she has ignored me for over a week now. I see you do not reply on other customers' feedback so I will assume you probably wont here as well - poor poor poor!

Good day, I would like to raise a complaint regarding an order I placed at Debonairs Dawn Park My order was significantly delayed, and I received no communication from the store. I had to call the branch myself to find out what was happening. When the order finally arrived almost 2 hours later, the pizza was cold, the bottom crust was hard, and the bottom part of the pizza had little to no fillings, making it very dry and unappetising. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expect from Debonairs. I paid for a fresh, properly prepared meal and timely delivery, which I did not receive. I would appreciate feedback and a suitable resolution to this matter.

Good day, I would like to raise a complaint regarding an order I placed at Debonairs Dawn Park My order was significantly delayed, and I received no communication from the store. I had to call the branch myself to find out what was happening. I purchased a 500 gram pack of Renown Red viennas from Shoprite Maitland on 21/11/2025. I have purchased this product befre and was satisfied with the quality and texture. But this time it was tastless and it had a strange texture. I filled in a customer care complaint on one of their websites (which fo rthe life of me I am unable to locate now), detailing my my complaint with pictures of the package and my till slip, but to date did not even receive an acknowledgement of my complaint. I find this attitude offensive and arrogant. I tried getting back onto the web page/site where I i lodged my complaint but it was impossible. Their corporate structure is so complex that I found it impossible to access the corrrect department/people. I just find it immoral tha we ordinary fflkare eventually forced to give while the fat cat owners of these businesses couldn't give a damn. Please help. Thank you.

Greetings. I would like to escalate my complaint across to Famous Brands for the unacceptable service which I have received from Steers Elridge Shopping Centre in Boksburg. Till date I have not received any feedback but would to let you know that Steers has ****** me of my money. I have ordered 2x Chicken Burgers ( Wacky Wednesday) and chips. They have given me beef instead which I returned . I told the manager that I will not complain as people do make mistakes but i feel that Steers is taking advantage of loyal customers. They advised me that Steers can only refund a small amount of 38.90. This is unacceptable and I appreciate that they refrain from robbing customers as I'm sure I was not the only person that received terrible service not to mention having customers also to wait over an hour for their food to be ready. Please let me know if Famous Brands is able to escalate this matter further. Thank you and await your response. Regards Bhavesh

I have ordered from Steers Kromboom and have had multiple issues. I still choose this steers because the food is amazing. But I have noticed their lack of care and also that I have been short changed in multiple occasions. 1. On 2 or 3 occasions I have been given a size small chips 2. One occasion my food was extremely delayed. A driver who couldn't understand a word of English phoned to tell me a different driver would be bringing my food. I phoned the store spoke to the manager who sounded like she was half dying and disinterested told me she would find out and get back to me and never did. Pathetic. On Friday my food arrived with the burger half out of the box which you could clearly see was not the drivers fault. Today my chips wasn't even in the box but all over the bag and my burger had panda/rave patties. I feel really disappointed that this store lacks concern for their food presentation and giving the customer what their hard earned money paid for. Does Famous Brands care about the quality they are supposed to provide and teach their franchisees?!?! I do not think so! Just received my order Steers, The Village, Beyers Park - Order # DFD272909211. I would think for R585.30 plus driver's tip totalling R643.83 (for four individuals we would at least get warm food, instead of ice cold and all items would be included (one chips left out). Truly not what one expects for the price!

Hi there Since I laid a complain regarding Steers that I was served with a broken plate and when I wanted a manage in the store he/she never showed up I sent a mail and I was told to provide my contact details they'll call me back but even today I haven't got any feedback from this matter my complain its still standing this shows that Steers doesn't care about their customers , to be honest I'm not happy at all about their service and I'll never set my foot in their store .
