Outstanding Service from King Price insurance
I had an excellent experience with King Price Insurance, and I would especially like to commend Thabelo Mohlamonyani and Mohau Makena for their outstanding assistance. They were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout my telephone conversation, ensuring everything was clearly explained and handled efficiently and going through extra mile attending exactly to what i needed. Their friendly and supportive approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Because of their exceptional service, I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you, Thabelo and Mohau, for going the extra mile — it truly made a difference. I highly recommend King Price Insurance.

Greetings. I would like to escalate my complaint across to Famous Brands for the unacceptable service which I have received from Steers Elridge Shopping Centre in Boksburg. Till date I have not received any feedback but would to let you know that Steers has ****** me of my money. I have ordered 2x Chicken Burgers ( Wacky Wednesday) and chips. They have given me beef instead which I returned . I told the manager that I will not complain as people do make mistakes but i feel that Steers is taking advantage of loyal customers. They advised me that Steers can only refund a small amount of 38.90. This is unacceptable and I appreciate that they refrain from robbing customers as I'm sure I was not the only person that received terrible service not to mention having customers also to wait over an hour for their food to be ready. Please let me know if Famous Brands is able to escalate this matter further. Thank you and await your response. Regards Bhavesh

King Price Insurance giving customers false expectations
If you search for TOP Car insurance companies in South Africa, King Price ranks 8th , and the main reason for them to be in the Top 10 if you read the attached, states that and I quote " KING PRICE IS WELL KNOWN AS THE INSURANCE PROVIDER THAT DECREASES THEIR CUSTOMERS PREMIUMS TO ALIGN WITH THE DECREASING VALUE OF THEIR VEHICLE " This is misleading and false advertising. I have not claimed for over years, but instead of being rewarded, I have been hit with a R100 increase. This should definitely be reported and people should be aware of their false expectations.

Outstanding Service
Not only good service provided by Thulane Malinga , but King Price Insurance as whole working together as a team and keeping the brand promise of excellent customer satisfaction , quality service, immediate response time on callbacks, roadside assistance follow-ups, and keeping customers posted on amazing deals with no strings attached. Definitely best insurance company by far. Thank you once more King Price for the outstanding work.

Inexperienced Technicians
<p>If you have an apple device, I definitely would not recommend anyone to bring their Ipad or Iphone in for repairs at the Irepair outlet in Sandton City / Cresta Mall</p> <p>IRepair Sandon City have inexperienced , incompitent technicians , unaware of what they are doing</p> <p>I have brought my Ipad in for repairs approx a month ago only to find a few weeks later that the device still does not switch on</p> <p>On the job card it states that all devices hold a 3 month warrenty, however , they seem to believe otherwise , despite the device still being faulty, they have the nerve of charging an additional R500.00 labour for a job they have not fixed due to their lack of experience</p>
