I am very frustrated with Mugg & Bean Meyersdal. On the 24th of December 2025, I placed an order via the Mugg & Bean app. My account was debited, but I did not receive my food because some items were out of stock. I then received a message stating that my order would be canceled and that I would be refunded. It is now 2026, and I still have not received my refund. I have called the shop and sent emails, but the communication has been extremely poor. Unless I contact them myself, no one bothers to update me, which shows a complete lack of customer care and accountability.
I brought items online and those thet could find in the store. I was refunded, but now I have 2 items missing. When I called, I received no assistance from the store, and the useless WhatsApp chat I keep using is not providing any help. Now, the useless chat is telling me there is a shortage of supplies, while I received an SMS on Monday saying my items are with the courier company.
Place an order around 12 pm... Keep on call asking how far is my order... Called 2 time and they kept on saying it on the way again around 3pm now they say let's check with the driver only then they said the call center people didn't place the order correct.... What a poor service.. Pedros hillbrow...

I have been calling this company asking them to cancel my subscription and I was told am on a 24 month contract. Which I was told to cancel it come this June. On the 20 the time 10:41 called in I was assist by the lady called Nokhululekho she told me that she has canceled my subscription and I won't be debited this month. To my surprise I was debited and know am being told that the cancelation it scheduled for next month. Why wasn't told this in May and why didn't they schedule the cancelation for June as I have been asking for it.

FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS I HAVE BEEN CALLING MTN CALL CENTRE (808) AND I GET NO HELP FROM THEM .I HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED ON MY ACCOUNT ********** 701 ,THEY REFUND MY MONEY BY PUTTING ON MY MTN ACCOUNT NOT MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT SO FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS I HAVE BEING ASKING THEM TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT AND EVERTIME THEY TELL ME AFTER 24-48 HOUR IT WILL BE CREDITED(NEVER HAPPENED) .THEY TELL ME THAT WHO EVER WAS LOGGED MY CASE DONE IT INCORRECT AND THE AGENT THAT ASSIT ME WHEN I CALL TELL ME THAT HE/SHE HAS DONE IT CORRECT AND I BE REFUND
