Good day, I would like to raise a complaint regarding an order I placed at Debonairs Dawn Park My order was significantly delayed, and I received no communication from the store. I had to call the branch myself to find out what was happening. When the order finally arrived almost 2 hours later, the pizza was cold, the bottom crust was hard, and the bottom part of the pizza had little to no fillings, making it very dry and unappetising. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expect from Debonairs. I paid for a fresh, properly prepared meal and timely delivery, which I did not receive. I would appreciate feedback and a suitable resolution to this matter.

I ordered online and the shoe was big. I requested a refund on 24 November. At the time, I was informed that the shoes would be collected and the refund processed. However, it has been a month now, and the shoes have not been collected, nor have I received my refund. This delay is both unacceptable and disappointing. As a first-time customer, this experience has been far from satisfactory, and I do not see myself ordering again if this is the level of service provided.
The driver arrived with wrong order and return to the store. I was told my order will be delivered, 3 hours later. My order still hasn’t arrived and no one has contacted me to inform me of the delay or if the order will arrive or not. I called 2 times but nothing has been done
I ordered triple decker half vegetarian and half something meaty at Debonairs Dawn park. I found a bone in my vegetarian pizza, I almost choked from it. I am very disappointed on the quality and standards I received.
My order arrived but not all items were in the boxes. I was not informed about the items being out of stock or that they will be delivered another day. I contacted the driver and he **** saying he would deliver but did. Then I tried calling makro for assist nothing has been done, no communication shared. I had to be the one to follow up
I ordered 2 beef wacky Wednesday and 1 veggie wacky Wednesday @Steers ChrisHani Vosloorus. Instead I got 3 beef wacky Wednesdays. I tried to call to let them know about the mistake but the phone was not picked up. What a lousy and horrible service!
I ordered on PNP asap and money was debited from my account but the order did not go through. I was told the money was not processed and it will be refunded. When I called my bank , it turns out the money did go to the asap account and the bank is not able to refund me. It’s been almost a week and I still haven’t received my refund. I am disappointed and I’ve lost trust in asap and the PNP brand.
I ordered online and I received the wrong order. I received an email asking me if I got the correct order, I replied notifying them that I did not but there was no response. I eventually called customer services I was told the incorrect order would be picked up and I would receive the correct one or a refund. But that was not done I had to keep calling, 2 to 3 weeks later after a call I made I received an email saying it will be collected. There was no communication on which date and time it will be collected. They came today without calling or informing they will be coming or when they arrived. The order was not collected. This is truly the worst customer service experience I’ve had and I don’t think I’ll ever buy at Mr Price again!
I was ordering online using a voucher and my order did not go through, it timed out but my voucher was already used so I could not get it back. I tried sending emails, I even called requesting my voucher back. I was told I would receive a response but nothing has been done. It's been a month now.
