Scores reflect the Overall AI Score for each category
Based on recent customer reviews, Checkers Sixty60 is a business under significant customer experience pressure. While its core delivery concept and app convenience are praised by a loyal minority, the overwhelming majority of feedback describes systemic failures across delivery reliability, product quality, refund processes, and customer support responsiveness. The business scores poorly across all five themes, with no single area reaching an average benchmark.

The new App is the worst to purchase as all the information is lost and you cannot update the system or purchase again, the support is useless as it is a system generator answer and cannot resolve

I am unhappy with the service I received from Checkers delivery. This is the sixth time I've experienced issues with Checkers Sixty 60. Every time I order, my groceries are delivered the next day instead of at the scheduled time. After placing my order and selecting a delivery time slot, the delivery team calls and then fails to deliver as scheduled. They also display a lack of patience. Checkers' solution is typically to send a cancellation message after the fact. I urge Checkers to fix this issue, as we rely on timely delivery due to our busy schedules. We order online because we require the convenience, not for amu*****t. I am very unhappy with the service and want improvements.

I really don't know whose bright idea is it to create a delivery app where you can't communicate with the driver. Driver came close to my place, did not follow instructions that were part of my order requesting that he press a number on my intercom for me to open. I sent a delivery note update with the question "is everything ok?" which was ignored. Then when I'm refunded, it's only for the items, not the delivery fee for items not delivered despite the fact that I made an effort to ask the driver whether everything is ok, I'm penalized and need to pay for delivery fee again in reordering. I understand hiring people who don't know how to follow rules of the road, but at least hire people who can at least read. Really goes against treating clients fairly to be penalized because someone decided not to follow instructions and press the intercom so that I can open for them.

Sending Alcohol as an promotional item is absolute thoughless. You can not send alcohol to someone that has not ordered it. What if you send it to a house with a recovering addict? You would ruin that person and their family's life. What if a child opens it and drinks it. It doesn't even look like alcohol. It just shows the absolute disregard of people's lifes and shows clearly your only priority is making money. It doesn't matter who pays. I am horrified that no judgement was used fir something like this.

Dear Checkers Management Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the consistently outstanding service I receive from **Checkers Sixty60**, specifically through the **Lambton** and **The Reef** branches in Germiston. In an era where convenience often comes at the expense of quality, your team has proven to be the exception. I am frequently impressed by the **freshness of the meat and produce** delivered to my door. It is clear that your personal shoppers take great pride in their work; I have never been disappointed with the items selected. Whether it is the cut of the meat or the ripeness of the fruit, it feels as though the products were picked with the same care I would use myself. Furthermore, the **speed and efficiency** of the delivery service are remarkable. My orders consistently arrive promptly, and the entire process—from app to doorstep—is seamless. Please extend my thanks to the staff at both the Lambton and The Reef branches. Their commitment to excellence has made Checkers Sixty60 my go-to choice for groceries. Keep up the fantastic work!

As a motorcyclist, I am appalled at how your delivery guys ride. A few of the incidents I have noted with Sixty60 riders in the past month: • Yesterday, I saw two riders skipping a red light in peak traffic. They did not even stop at the light. Just kept going. • On a near daily basis, I see riders passing traffic in the yellow lane from the left hand side. • On a daily basis I see your riders passing traffic over solid lines on a single-lane (lane splitting is only permitted when two or more lanes go in the same direction. Never over a solid line). • I see your riders ride in the turn-only lane and then continue straight over the intersection to push in at the front. • I often have your riders tailgating my bakkie dangerously close. Had an incident yesterday late afternoon where I could not see the guy's headlight, he was so close. • I saw an accident where one of your guys skipped a red light. Drove into a bakkie. A whole gang of your riders came together to harrass the driver of the bakkie whom he hit. They physically assaulted him and demanded money. They did not allow him to go to the police station and beat him. This happened in Brooklyn, Pretoria. • I was busy reverse parking my bakkie and one of your turquoise boys decided he was not going to wait and decided to pass right behind me as I was busy reversing. I had to slam on my brakes. He swore at me when I got out to confront him. • Your riders aren't just inconsiderate on the road; in the Checkers supermarkets they are a pain, too. One bumped his trolley into my pregnant wife because he was busy running in the shops like a child. I was busy standing at a shelf looking at a meat cut and one of your guys pushed right in front of me and took the cut. No "excuse me", no "sorry" - just a metaphorical middle finger to anyone else in the shop or on the road. No wonder so many Sixty60 riders die on the roads. They are an ignominy and are on par with taxi drivers. It's just a matter of time until one hits my bakkie, and then I'm not going to stop. I refuse to order from Sixty60 simply because I refuse to support this reckless behaviour.

Based on recent customer reviews, this business delivers a consistently strong customer experience anchored by outstanding agent quality and rapid communication.
