No order credit when paying for Xtra Savings?

I’ve had two orders now where the majority of items were out of stock and I get an email that R36 will be credited to my wallet for this failure. I see no credit in my wallet. Is this because I pay for Xtra Savings per month for free delivery? So I get zero compensation when others who don’t pay this subscription are getting rewarded?

Also, please fix the rear and front lights on your motorcycles - and train the delivery person to ride behind the driver (right hand side) so he can be seen. The number of motorcycles I see, and don’t see, at night without lights is worrying.
