Words fail me at this point when I think of how amazing Pineapple service is. I’ve been with them for about 3 months but each time I engage with one of the team members I am made to feel like I am the only customer they have. Monica from claims has been exceptional, I spoke to John and Lindokuhle Tshabala, not sure which department they’re in but were absolutely amazing. I will forever recommend pineapple 🍍 to everyone I know and people I don’t know cos listen… best service I have ever experienced
I shouldn’t even be giving a star for the service I am receiving with you guys. Order 204955737 was placed yesterday and was cancelled after a min for payment failure but you took the money on my card and confirmed via email that you received and are processing my order. I have made 4 calls and different turnaround times were confirmed. No communication is being received from your side whatsoever. This is *** because I bought things I need for daily use but I am being inconvenienced by your lack of urgency and poor service. You also need to train your agents to start giving clients true and honest information cos it’s so frustrating being told 3 different things by people who are supposed to know the same process/ service process. I am so livid
I made an online order on the 25March and I expected for it to be delivered on 27 but they delivered on 26. But I was not home on the 26 and I spoke to the driver to deliver the next day which he confirmed my order will be taken back and a different driver will deliver it. Makro Riversands has not communicated to me about my order since then. Now this is groceries that I ordered and for it to take more than 5 days not delivered is such an inconvenience to me and I do not appreciate it at all. I called their call centre and the service was the worst. I did however speak to a guy eventually who confirmed he would arrange for delivery. It’s been 2 days now since I spoke to their agent and there is still no communication from River sands.
I have been trying to update my number but the support team has been ignoring me. So I want to buy from HC, emailed them to ask for cell number update they asked that I send certified which I did. I sent it in august but never got a response. Called them and spoke to 2 agents and was told there was an issue with my account someone will call me back to explain but no one called. All I need is just a cell number update so I can access my account. What could be difficult there. I commented of their Facebook profile on my frustration and Tebatso responded via inbox asking me questions leading to my frustration. After I explained everything she tells me I don’t qualify for credit because my account was settled through legal. That is a 2018 account she is referring to which is ok but why did she assume I want to buy on credit? I did not confirm how I will make payment all I said was that I want to buy hence I need to access my profile. She then closed our conversation without even check how I was planning to pay for the items I need to buy. Nor even explain that accounts similar to mine can never be allowed to buy from them again. I have received a horrible support from this team it is disheartening how they treated as a customer.
I logged my claim request on the 9th July assisted by one of their amazing representatives. Within 24 hours I received feedback that my claim has been approved. I’ve read horrible stories about car insurance companies but Prime proved that honest and great insurance companies exist. Thank you for the smooth process and amazing support
I was at macdonald braam fisher street in Randburg today at 07h50, went to the drive through but after waiting for 5-7 minutes without the line moving i decided to go inside because usually when i do that with other MacDs, it can be quicker. Going inside was the worst experience ever, i but macD at least 3 times a week cos my 5 years old love his happy mean and the service is always amazing but at this particular franchise it is the worst worst worst. I could not order via self service as nuggets for the happy mean appeared to be sold out so went to the till. there was a lady in front of me and after they assisted her the guy when to prepare the meals leaving me and the lady behind me waiting to be assisted. I waited for at least 10 minutes before getting assisted by a lady who was busy running around looking very disorganized, fyi, the whole staff looked very disorganized. After that i waited for a very long time again to get my order. when it finally came, i was already super late for work and just took it and left. My egg ****in was the worst i have ever had, it did not have cheese nor a source. I did not get sugar for my cappuccino. like i said i buy MacD meals every single week and have never experienced such. The management at Braam Fisher str Randburg is the worst let alone the employees. some serious work ethics needs to happen in that place because from what i heard from one of the customers, that is an everyday thing.
I have engaged with a few consultants someone I have forgotten their names but the recent ones are Zenande and Tracey. I have never in my entire existence experienced such consistency on a great customer service. Whatever the company is doing they must continue doing cos wow they’re the best. Nudebt is really harassing me. My CAMAF account was handed over to them and we had a payment agreement when they called me. I paid all the amount owed by end of Feb 2022. The mistake I made was missing adding my reference number when I made my first payment of 200rand and each time a consultant would call I’d tell them about it and they’d confirm they see it and I have sent POP to 5 consultants already even sent it to some queries and helpsupport email but they still send me messages that my account will affect my credit record. I feel they are incompetent and their processes are really bad.
I ordered a meal on the 29 July and Wesley was meant to deliver my meal but he never did. He confirmed he delivered it but i never received my order. i was at the address at the time of delivery but he never even bothered to call me. i have reached out to ubereats to request a refund but to date i have now received any response. i am very dissatisfied with the service as this is the second time this happens to me.
