I am a very dissapointed customer today! I have ordered the crab bowl @ R59.00 BUT INSTEAD was send the salad @ R39.00. Conveniently the price was changed to R59.00 on the smaller item.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. Yesterday, I placed an order for delivery, and as I’m writing this review, I am still waiting for my order. Since this morning, I’ve been checking the tracking on the app repeatedly, but there have been no updates to show that my order is even on its way. It is already 9:00 AM, and I have been waiting since 8:00 AM with no communication or explanation. This delay is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially with no updates provided to customers. I expected much better service and communication from Checkers Sixty60.

Since this morning, I’ve been checking the tracking on the app repeatedly, but there have been no updates to show that my order is even on its way. It is already 9:00 AM, and I have been waiting since 8:00 AM with no communication or explanation. I’ve had two orders now where the majority of items were out of stock and I get an email that R36 will be credited to my wallet for this failure. I see no credit in my wallet. Is this because I pay for Xtra Savings per month for free delivery? So I get zero compensation when others who don’t pay this subscription are getting rewarded? Also, please fix the rear and front lights on your motorcycles - and train the delivery person to ride behind the driver (right hand side) so he can be seen. The number of motorcycles I see, and don’t see, at night without lights is worrying.

I have been trying to get hold of the business since last night when I only received half of my order. A rude consultant from claims called and promised that someone would attend to my query but I have been on hold for 30 minutes now. This is totally unacceptable and so unprofessional.

I am an elderly lady, living in Pretoria. I ordered a gift online for my daughter, who lives in Johannesburg. I was extremely unsure how ordering from CheckersSixty 60 would play out. What a pleasant surprise. Sympton Nyathi from Fairlands CheckersSixty 60 handled the delivery. Not only did he go to a lot if trouble to deliver this gift, he spent his own money to call me, to ensure that everything went smooth. I want to congratulate him on his exellent behavior and kindness. A job well done, Sympton. Management, please thank him. I shouldn’t even be giving a star for the service I am receiving with you guys. Order 204955737 was placed yesterday and was cancelled after a min for payment failure but you took the money on my card and confirmed via email that you received and are processing my order. I have made 4 calls and different turnaround times were confirmed. No communication is being received from your side whatsoever. This is *** because I bought things I need for daily use but I am being inconvenienced by your lack of urgency and poor service. You also need to train your agents to start giving clients true and honest information cos it’s so frustrating being told 3 different things by people who are supposed to know the same process/ service process. I am so livid

Last 3 times my order has been late, no refunds or compensation offered unless you complain(even then none was given), customer line is filled with rude and undertrained people who don’t want to help you. Wasted 2 hours and 20minutes of airtime. Never using again and I highly recommend you don’t waste your time either.
