They advertise items as being in stock then say they are ordering from an overseas supplier, after which I am sent delay after delay after delay. I needed the item urgently so long ago and till today, 2 months later, they cannot provide me with an actual date I can expect to receive the item in my hands. They don't even give reasons, just send out these generic emails and expect you to wait for them to actually take the effort to fulfil your order

I don’t know what is going on at Geewiz! Is it a staffing issue or are you struggling to scale? I’ve been a long-time customer since 2015, consistently ordering both for myself and for work. However, of late your service has been completely unreliable. Slow deliveries, items ordered only for a week to pass to be informed “out of stock” and completely incorrect deliveries. This has a knock-on effect of having to wait weeks for in action from Geewiz, then having to source components from other suppliers. All this causes un-necessary delay. In future I will go to the likes of Regal, Mantech and Communica before attempting any purchase from Geewiz.

I placed my first order and have had no response from the company. There’s no ETA, emails go unanswered, and the call centre never answers. My order is marked “Backorder – On The Way – Warehouse 1U,” yet the items are still advertised as available. Extremely frustrating—poor communication and zero clarity. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Very bad ,I orderd parts and received the wrong parts ,my order was done on there website. I ordered PMU'S and they send me CMU that's half the price of the parts I order. Contact them and they say sorry and they haven't got my order in stock,first of all why put it as available on your website side and take my money,then send the wrong parts . Then say sorry we haven't got stock on your parts. They take your money and then pull there shoulders up and say sorry. If a business advertise something and take your oder and money and realize they haven't got stock,then they must make a plan and buy it out. I how everybody reads this and be careful of Geewiz they will rip you off and wast your time. Because of them that I even drove 148 km to the couriers to collect the parts and get back on my farm to repair the equipment so my waterpumps can run again and I can give water to my g**** vineyard, I wasted time and because of them spending wrong parts and just say sorry I lost a lot of young g**** vine trees. So I want the public to be very careful of Geewiz. Stuff is on there website, you order it and pay for it and then they will send wrong stuff to you and if you Contact them they say sorry we were out of stock...........
