The service at Geewiz is going down the dumps ! They are extreamly slow in replying on email, items that show as in stock, then they do not have stock. They have sent me the incorrect item, now I must struggle and jump through hoops to get a refund. With easter they are only openeing again on 10 April! It is just shocking how bad their service has become.
I treid renew my vehicle license on the Capitec app on 25 September. The transaction came up with and error but still deducted the full amount from my account. I filed a query number 124404470 to get the money refunded since could not retry the transaction and renewd the dask at the licnsing department. Using the Whatsapp I followed uop and the query just showed in progress, the was just closed. I still have not received a refund !
Unfortunately, I cannot give you a zero-star review. I am still waiting for my refund. This is now the third time I post on hello peter. I am still waiting on my refund from Multichoice. I have been contacted by Multichoice and was asked to send some documentation for a refund. That was done but I did not get my refund yet. Here is my original complaint: I have never dealt with such an incompetent company before. I signed up for the Premium streaming package and paid online with my card. Surprise, surprise it did not work. I phoned the call centre and they requested proof of payment. After sending the proof nothing happen. I tried again on Saturday and they requested that I go to the office in Randburg in person to activate my service. They cannot activate my service or refund me because they say I don't have a service.

I placed an order for a CNC machine with Kuhn CNC Machines in 2020. In December they send out an email that they cannot get spares due to covid 19 and will be closing for the Holidays. I was supposed to get my CNC machine in December, all their previous emails stated that they do have spares and there will not be any delays. They stopped answering phones and stopped replying to all emails. On various other CNC forums and Facebook pages, other people were also complaining about the same problems. There are lots of fake reviews on Hellopeter and google about the company and their equipment. They were advertising that they are under new management in January, but block people on Facebook if you ask for the contact details of the new management. The next step will be legal action to get my money back and getting some of their other customers involved that were defrauded, to open a fraud case against the owners of Kuhn machines.
