Is there a way the regulators or FICA of this industry can close this compony? They do not comply. How can they deliver wrong cellphone and yet keep on deducting money after you told them that it is not what agreed upon! And then you can get hold of no one when you call. Their phone is still seating seald in my cupboard since November
We had good time in Phalaborwa as a family. Yeah I must we brought some life in that lodge :):) The place was comfortable and our service agents (Amu (during the Day) and Oliva(Night)) always made sure our queries were attended promptly.They were very courteous and respectful. Our first time in Limpopo was great though we arrived late due to the Road we took (R36) with jaccuzi potholes.

Outsurance has not let me down since I have had the insurance with them (Content,Car out and about) I have experienced incidents over the years, and in all of that they have never let me down. Also dealt with Riaan from P&G, who handled my replacements with understanding and patience. I appreciate someone who not only does just his job, but understand the trauma of having to go through the process claim. He is indeed a superstar.

Fixing their Mistakes!! I can surely give McCarthy 4 stars- Yes it took some talking to get there but they listened. I had been unhappy client for McCarthys Auto Trimmers, but they rectified their errors with lots of patient to the person reassigned to sort me out . Mr Mike calmness and patience I recommend you in dealing with your guys whenever I complained about their work you came around to check and listen. After Mr Tyrone came and saw the mistakes done in my quantum he made sure he followed up on fixing it. As I previously mentioned that they admitted on taking on this job as it was out of their scope as a Mobil department, they fixed the bad job done. Even managed to get color correct from the original after initially had to settle for.. I thank you Mike for going out of your way to get this customer back and make my car look a lot the way I expected it when I paid such money the first time I got the quote :) :)
In a couple of months back I wrote a review about this company, due to the fact that I felt cheated with the service I received. When my Quantum was painted, did not come with good paint which I unfortunately found at a later stage. On that review or receipt of it, Mr Tyrone McCarthy called me surprised at that kind of review, he felt it was shocking as he says in his business he strive for customer satisfaction that he believed he had achieved until I wrote the "negative". Cut the long story short, he decided to rectify the mistake and took the car back so that the company sort it out (to my relief), this after he came and inspected it himself. Now Today (in a couple of minutes) I will be getting my car back. So let's see...
I put a star because this won't allow me to type before selecting a star so that star is not the true reflection of how I feel. I took my A5 cellphone to Samsung in Tygervalley for screen repair THE FIRST WEEK of January. Few days later received an invoice/qoute from Unitronics with an email stating that for them to touch my phone I must pay first and I did immediately R2747.40, 9th January . Till this date I haven't got it. I have walked in ("waiting for repairs that are coming in few days, we'll call in 7 days" and they never call you back), sent emails for feedback (no reply), calls (they never pick up or pick n drop) What is going on, why Samsung is having /associating their name with this fraud? It is a nighmare. I went beginning of last week I found a guy who was dumbstruck as if he just woke up. When I asked to cancel he said he would send me a form, haven't received that either. I wish I knew that I was not living my phone with SAMSUNG rather with Unitronics. I should let lawyers handle this
