Blue Label Connect
Based on recent customer reviews, Blue Label Connect faces severe and systemic customer experience failures across virtually every service dimension. Customers consistently report unauthorized billing, unresolved complaints spanning months, misleading sales practices, and an almost complete absence of accountability. Positive experiences are extremely rare, with only isolated praise for individual agents amidst an overwhelming volume of deeply negative feedback.

*Title:* Unauthorised Blutech debit from my RCS account – pensioner, no consent, demand full refund *Review (Blutech):* I am a 67-year-old pensioner. I have an RCS account that simply deducts my monthly Makro instalment; I do *not* receive statements and I do *not* have a smartphone — only an old phone for WhatsApp. I do *not* answer calls except from family because of ****s. In *July 2025* Blutech began debiting my RCS account every month. I only discovered it when my instalment kept increasing. Makro checked and said I was “subscribed” to Blutech and gave me their number. I never subscribed. Blutech regularly sends SMSs asking me to click a link — I never clicked one and I do not take calls. My 9-year-old granddaughter sometimes uses the phone, and I lost the phone for several months, yet I never agreed to anything. When I finally contacted Blutech, they admitted on their system that *no voucher was ever used* (what would I do with a dress/tech voucher at 67?), but they refused a refund. I did *not* request vouchers, I do *not* use them, and I gave *no consent* for these deductions. This is an unauthorised charge on a pensioner’s account. I demand an *immediate full refund* of every debit taken since July 2025 and written confirmation that the “subscription” is cancelled.

I have had a phone contract with blue label connect almost for a year, upon getting the contract I was told that I need to get insurance (Techsured) otherwise I won't be able to get the phone.... I bumped the phone off the table while is was on charge hence the phone screen cracked and a piece of the charging unit broke loose, so seeing as I now have insurance I figured well they can fix it... Now I'm being quoted that the entire device needs replacement nonsense there's nothing wrong with the phone it just couldnt charge.... Also I'm being qouter for a model I don't even have.... I will not pay this qoute as this qoute is completely inaccurate and false and clearly the insurance company is also a ***** please get my phone fixed and returned thank you.

This is the worse company to take a cellphone contract with, they have not customer service at all. You have to chase them to respond to your queries and they deduct money monthly from your account but does not provide a proper service for the funds they take on a monthly basis.

Four Months Without My Phone – Extremely Poor Service from Blue Label Connect I booked my phone in for repairs with Blue Label Connect on 01 December 2025. It has now been almost FOUR months and I still have not received my phone back. Every time I call the call center, I am told the phone is “still with the supplier.” No supplier details are provided. No clear feedback is given. I have spoken to multiple agents and even supervisors, including Joshua, and I am repeatedly promised callbacks that never happen. Meanwhile, my debit order continues to go off every month. Due to the excessive delay, my insurance company eventually closed the case and paid out because Blue Label Connect failed to repair the device within a reasonable time. This level of service is completely unacceptable: No proper communication No turnaround time No accountability No resolution after four months I regret taking a device through Blue Label Connect. I am now requesting: Immediate written confirmation of where my phone is Full supplier details A clear resolution date Refund of premiums deducted during the period of non-service I hope someone from management will finally take responsibility and resolve this matter urgently.

Blue label connect is a total disaster. Please South Africa do not support these fools. I cancelled my contract with them because the phone they send me was a peace of **** and i could not use it due to a battery problem. It had to be on charge 24/7 and i phoned them to cancel the contract as i wont be using there services any more. the lady i spoke to on the phone told me not to worry she will sort it out. Now a year and a half later i see that these fools blacklisted me.

Based on recent customer reviews, this business delivers a consistently strong customer experience anchored by outstanding agent quality and rapid communication. Customers frequently name individual consultants and praise their friendliness, patience, and professionalism. Recurring praise is given to claims and roadside assistance, though a vocal minority report frustrating delays, rejected claims, and poor transparency around premium increases.
This business's biggest strength, according to Hellopeter's AI analysis, is Agent Quality & Customer Care. Named consultants are praised repeatedly for patience, friendliness, and going above and beyond. Words like 'amazing,' 'star,' and 'gem' appear frequently, reflecting genuinely caring human interactions.
The most common complaint, based on Hellopeter's AI analysis of recent customer reviews, is Pricing, Premiums & Transparency. Customers appreciate premium reductions upon request but complain about unexplained annual increases, hidden excess charges, and debits continuing after cancellation. Transparency at policy inception is a recurring gap.
