Your guys were supposed to replace my geyser... they did, but as a result my roof had a leak, because your qualified plumbers forgot to tighten the nuts. My ceiling got damaged My pressure was not right my overflow pipes were spitting out water... they said no its normal. A few weeks later I notice my eave is leaking water... turns out the plumbers forgot to make an opening for the new outlet pipe so it was just laying on my ceiling causing more damages. You sent out someone, he came alone, he made a hole, too far for the pipe to reach, then made another hole. He said he forgot his logbook, and will let office email me (Obviously never happened). Now my eace has a hole, react 24 still dont know which guy was here. Then your inspector comea out to look at my damaged eave, assess the mess and asks why my overflow pipes are leaking so much, they record a video. Then the plumbing supervisor tells them the prv needs to be replaced... they come to replace the prv and still find some of the pipes laying on the ceiling and an extra pipe with lots of water inside it also laying in ny roof. You've ruined my impression of plumbers and your companies reputation. You should fumigate my house... I have random birds in my roof flying in and out, I have spiders because i have a hole on the outside of my house! Come fix your mess! What happens if my baby falls ill because of your *********** staff?
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME. MY CLAIM FOR NY GEYSER BURST WAS ORIGINALLY QUICKLY RESOLVED BUT DUE TO YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER I HAD 2 RESULTANT CLAIMS. AND NOW THE ASSESOOR TELLS ME SHE'LL GET back to me... rhis was 2 weeks ago. I have a hole in my evave, i have birds flying in and out of my roof and I have spiders in my house and no one is helping me just get my stuff fixed. My claims person, Nandi has been amazing but the assesor is even ignoring her I have a baby in the house... birds carry illnesses. Your service provider refuses to take responsibility too. Stop using React24 they provide terrible service .. and theu have no idea who was at my house which means if the person decided to kill me they would have not have any record.
I am so dissapointed in the service my mother and I recieved today and your Zevenwacht branch! The servers were rude and ignored us while we spoke. I was looking at a menu- the cake menu when the one server grabbed it out of my hand. The other server just ignored me as I asked for cream with my waffle. I know working as servers are hard jobs, but being impolite and rude really isn't good for your business. If they dont like their jobs then they should've work as casheirs/servers.
I booked a room ling ago at the Golden valley casino, ground floor, today i get here and they moved my room upstairs, and just decided to change things the way they wanted. And im not the only one that experienced this, maybe hire competent people. Last time i was here some people complained about them also giving her room to someone else even though she already paid for the roo.m
Hi Oaksure, maybe you'll be helpful on a public platform. In December my sister was in an accident in a bolt vehicle, who you insure, so her claim was approved as she lost her income and had ridiculous medical expenses, broken hip, broken shoulder .... with the approved claim your company or the company that that handles your claims (this is honestly a whole clown show) has stated her money should be in....its been 2 weeks. Will her money maybe be paid in in the next 60 years sonce your useless RTU part of your company cant answer...I mean I spoke to a manager and he took 20 minutes to answer when i just asked his name...the competency is questionable. I hope one day my sister gets her payout and other companies such as bolt get more useful insurance companies who will actually help their clients.
On 29 December 2022, my sister left work with a bolt. A few minutes later my dad and her husband gets a call that she's been in an accident. 1. The Bolt driver was not the one to help my sister 2. The bolt driver ran away from her when he heard there's petrol leaking from the taxi involved in the accident. 3. The bolt driver took her phone! She couldn't call for help, someone else had to phone and Co front the driver as to why he has her things. 4. Bolt and the driver never even checked up on my sister 5 she is in hospital with a broken shoulder Why don't your company just close down all you are doing is creating jobs for evil people and incompassionate people... My sister is traumatized she feels like this guy left her for death, someone else had to help her/ I will provide details when one of your corporate greeds contact me. I hope you send someone to visit her in hospital and pretend to have a heart... Because you are not a good company you are a platform to provide evil people access to vulnerable clients!!! Why are you not claimed on hello Peter... Too scared of people reviewing your company?
Im so happy that we finally got fibre in the area. Just a pity Openserve felt it was suitable to dump all the branches in our area and then not remove it after promising to get it removed.
Spur, Grand West. Dissapointed. Waited so long for our food then they brought each meal 10 or 20 minutes apart so half the table had cold food by the time we could eat. I asked the manager to please check up and she said ok- but never even came to check up on us. Cool Im done!
I had a bad experience- I made my experience public- Im so use to getting good service from OUTsurance but i really struggled with my car claim- Luckily Monique from Legal came through- Listened to my complaints and the way I was handled and really made it all better. In these difficult times we do not have time for bad service ...so thank you outsurance for taking the time to listen and fix things so that this painful process becomes easier. @Monique you have no idea howmuch your call meant to me.
1. YOUR INSURANCE DEPARTMENT THAT DEALS WITH HOME AND CONTENT INSURANCE IS 100% AWESOME. 2. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT IN JULY 2022- It was the other parties fault. But damn have I been struggling with your legal department. JABU for one is not good with customer service...I asked for an alternative legal adviser and guess what...Jabu called me again so no one actually oays attention to my request. I get absolute no feedback in the process of recovering my excess... as in no communication at all. Unless I send a nasty email. Then the legal department manager called and said they'd give me regular feedback. This has also proven to be a lie. So to all- By all means go with outsurance for home and contents...but avoid their car insurance, now that i did research it seems outsurance is always probelm with car insurance.
