I would like to commend Makoena Mabotha from bolt/oaksure financial services for her outstanding service she provided in assisitng me to register my bolt profile. She followed up to make sure that i had all documentation required to setup the profile. She guided me on how to link the vehicle on the bolt app and she resolved my document uploading issues i was experiencing. I give highest rating.

I would like to thank Oaksure for the best service, in assisting me with finding best insurance for my e-hailing business and also with my claim for car hijacked. Othiza Dlamini and Tishen Pillay you guys are the best. I will definitely do come back when i get another car. Keep up the Good work

Hopping they will get back to me and fix everything. Cause so far they are zero to me Bolt trip, shot and ****** I was requested in 31st August 2024, probably the guy arrived and entered my car. Only to find the was 2 more guys who quickly arrived in my car one had firearm the other two started searching and commands me to enter inside the boot. I then please them to take everything everything and let me go. One of them said kill him he's wasting our time. I honestly don't know till today how I jumped out of my car and started running. Then the guy carried the firearm started shooting like 3 times. Then they took the car and flew. Till after sometimes the Samaritan came and call the ambulance. Now I am out of the hospital and only going for check up. Since 12 of September I reported the matter to bolt. They then referred me to Oaksure insurance, where like now I am communicating with RTU for claims. RTU confirmed to me that they are done from their side with the claim only waiting for bolt to approve or final approval. Bolt says I must wait for the insurance to do the payment. I now don't know which to rely to for my compensation. The challenges I am facing, in hospital I pay like R95 everytime I go there. Where like now I owe the hospital for few attends I made I am now using the stoma bags as the bullet entered my back through my stomach damaged my large intestine. I am one who doesn't eat everything due to the diet from hospital. I am staying in Alexandra, where is far from Tembisa hospital, transport is a problem. I attend almost ever week to Doctors, wund clinic and stoma clinic meaning the R95 it becomes more. Working is a problem because I must not carry heavy things. I reported the matter to bolt 12 September 2024 Where they referred me to Oaksure insurance, but ended up with RTU insurance for my claim. I contacted the insurance via EMAILS 13 September 2024 16 September 2024 21 November 2024 5 December 2024 6 December 2024 7 December 2024 09 December 2024 23 December 2024 24 December 2024 27 December 2024 13 January 2025 16 January 2025 17 January 2025 30 January 2025 03 February 2025 04 February 2025 The ticket claim number is 12468 The calls to the insurance 2024 December 5 6 7 2025 January. 7 13 27 28 30 31 2025 February 03 04 To bolt offices I went there twice where like I don't remember the days, but EMAILS 12 September 2024 then is when I was referred to Oaksure insurance and RTU insurance. Then started again 24 December 2024 03 January 2025 04 January 2025 09 January 2025 10 January 2025 27 January 2025 Then on the 29th January they told me I must rely to insurance for payment hence the insurance told me that they haven't received the final approval from bolt. I am now thinking of trying Ombudsman for insurances as per their ignorance.
