I was charged for extra toppings even though the menu price included a cup or cone with your nutty dip....the lady at the cashier insisted shes the manager at the chatsworth centre branch I can see she charged me R33 for the nutty dip and 12.90 extra for topping I never had upon asking her about it I was forced and surrounded by her colleagues to cover this up nomvuyo i am absolutely missed

Zevenwacht milky lane's service was appalling. I ordered on Mr. D and I can only hope that they do not mess up customers' orders in their brick and mortar. Firstly, I ordered their special of 4 regular milkshakes and 1 double thick oreo milkshake. The double thick oreo milkshake was not only NOT thick but runner than the regular milkshakes I received. Secondly, I ordered an oreo waffle with ICE CREAM. What I received was a tub of orley whip. Half of the waffle was disposed of because of this mix up. This was extremely disappointing because I paid for everything that I ordered and received the opposite.

Zevenwacht milky lane's service was appalling. I ordered on Mr. D and I can only hope that they do not mess up customers' orders in their brick and mortar. Dear Madam/Sir I would like to express my dissatisfaction with customer service at Milky Lane, Trade Route Mall,Milky Lane. Shop L21, CNR K53 & Nirvana Road, Lrnasia, 1824. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with customer service at Milky Lane, Trade Route Mall, Food Court Lenasia . At 18:23 , 07 February 2026 I was at Milky Lane to buy Ice cream, which when I got to the counter there was no one, however there were two ladies and one gentle men congregating in the open space infront of Steer (one lady in Milky Lane uniform (Karabo), the other lady in black t-shirt and a tall gentlemen with eye glasses ( Joy). The lady in Milky Lane uniform (Karabo) responded from that congregation not even coming to the counter to attend me she shout and said to me there is no Ice cream it defrost, subsequently at 18:24 I went to Fisherways were I was serviced by a very friendly lady named Tshifhang, Thakani who was at here working station by the counter. Whilst I was waiting for my order from Fisherways in about 18:33 the lady ( Karabo) who was in Milky lane gear went back to her working station after three customers turned back with assumption that the store was close, because there was no one by the counter, whilst the trio was still socialising during working hours. When she returned to the serving counter there were clients who came in to buy three Ice cream she serviced them, subsequently two customer went in to buy two Ice cream, I immediately stood up from the Fisherways seating area and went to the counter I politely asked her why was she saying there is no Ice cream,it defrost but immediately withn 8 minutes shes now selling the Ice cream? Her responce was that " what was my expected response because at the time the Ice cream was defrost, this was with attitude and she saw me standing from the Fisherways eating area approaching her, and her impolite responce was evident that she was prepared to answer me with attitude infront of her clients at the time. I would like to express my deepest disappointment, disbelief of her attitude towards me. Karabo has no customer service at all, , not friendly and impatient. Moreover making the business to loose sales unecessary, I was there to buy 4 cups of Ice cream , it lives one to wonder how many Ice creams the clients who were not attended and left because Karabo was busy socializing with Debonairs employee (Joy) and the lady who look like was she working at Steers whom I did not get her name. I am sitting wondering how much is the business losing whilst the trio is waisting business time socialing during working hours, lying to clients by saying there is no Ice cream and ignoring other clients because of them chitchating. I understand that Debonairs, Fisherways, Steers and Milky Lane are under one management. Milky Lane customer service is poor, the management need to work on training the front line staff specifically Karabo, she needs to know about customer service, importance of sales for the business or she must be move from front-line, she will destroy the company's reputation. I have attached Karabos picture and the receipt from Fisherways as a proof that I was there and MALTREATED at Milky Lane. We got very very appalling service yesterday at Milky Lane in Eastgate. We were there after 7pm there weren't really a lot of customers but the staff was not friendly at all. It was a very unpleasant experience for me since it was my first time trying the Milky Lane ice cream. Im not even sure if the lady that assisted us even greeted us, they act like they're doing us a favour by serving us. Please equip your staff with basic customer service skills, people skills so they dont look so miserable. Didn't get the name of the lady that assisted us but it was between 7pm n 7:30pm

We where 5 clients sitting to eat waffles we were shown the special that on my next visit we would receive a discount of 50% on the next time we order waffles i did as instructed to leave my phone number I would receive the discount until now 2weeks later still no response from them they are marketing a false promotion i was at milky lane the grove mall
