Wonderpark their service is very good and their ice cream is amazing
They’ve been dragging their feet to give me back my refund it’s since 2023 till now I haven’t received my refund they said it was paid on 24th of June 2025 which they did not.
Good day Please be advised that I went to Soshanguve Crossing McDonald’s today to buy the NAZO meal and when I arrived their machines were not allowing us to scan our codes no notice was putted there to show us as customers that we cannot use our app’s. We had to ask one of the employees what was happening that’s when we were told they’re not working. The manager came in with an arrogant attitude which was so disrespectful of her cause we were frustrated about the app thing and when I explained to her the situation she she rolled her eyes not sure if that’s how you handle customers. On top of that I waited for more than 30 minutes for my food really not happy with the service I received today. SOSHANGUVE CROSSING McDonald’s
I am being denied access to receive my car documents which was handed over by the traffic department long time ago. I am failing to understand as to why an investigation has to do with my car papers this has been going on for to long now. And it’s really frustrating on my side. Been waiting since the 24th of October 2024 till now am being denied access to receive my documents. Thank you.
BA119528381 We have a contract with MTN and paid up the cell-phone and the last time we went to one of the stores we were told that MTN owes R3000 and now we receiving treats from them that we need to pay another amount of R400. We tried paying using that BA and it’s invalid we don’t know what to do now. MTN is not treating us right honestly.
MAK7872168 Been waiting for my refund since the 17th October till this day. No communication received in regards to my refund whatsoever. This is so unfair to us customers really not happy with this.
BUFZA6040277204YQ Kindly be advised that I made an order on 2nd of April 2024 still awaiting for my order this really unacceptable cause the company policy state our orders will be delivered within 5 to 12 working days, but still haven't received my order till now nothing is happening. Really not happy with this 😞
On Monday the 12th 2023 at soshanguve I bought a bedroom suite in which we agreed that I will watch it on Wednesday which is today, I went to the warehouse and when I got there they told me that my order is not there. I have wasted my time and money traveled all the way for nothing. I want my money back and petrol money for wasting my time.
Please be advised that each and every time I visit the soshanguve branch in soshanguve crossing I always receive bad service from staff members, yesterday I went there and I found a very long que outside the staff was not willing to assist in terms of assisting customers the guy called Eddie was just there scrolling through his phone and not assisting us the lady with dreads locks even went out to buy pillows while the que was long. She came back and still not willing to assisting us. Its really bad to receive such service from our own please do something about it.
Unsatisfied with the refund process of Vumatel Please be advised that I've been requesting my refund since August till this day I still haven't received my refund, I have submitted the confirmation letter to proof that am the rightful owner of the account, but still be denied my refund the agent was so rude to me and told me that I will not get my refund. Really not pleased with how this matter has been handled. This has been going on since August and now it's October 😭
