I was told I will get my refund I submitted all the documents that were requested over 2 weeks ago, till today there is no refund, no communication, the Whatsapp line is utterly useless and phones are not answered. Can someone at HYPA give me feedback about my refund I have been struggling with you guys for over a month now. What should one do to be taken seriously by you people.

I have had no connectivity for more than 24 hours now,I have sent 2 emails with no response called them and was told technicians are working on it but there's no ETA how can they have no ETA when we have a date to make payments this has been a huge inconvenience can I please get the service that I paid for.

Bad service, my details have not been updated, whenever i make payment, my account does not reflect as if its has been paid and therefore they suspend my service. Issue has taken them over two months to sort out.

If I could give them 0 I would. My WiFi has been off for 2days I work from home and study online. I tried to call and send countless emails however they never respond. The service consultants pick up the phone ask you for your details then keep quiet. They are the worst. I am very disadvantaged by this. I don't recommend this service provider to anyone

The WhatsApp support chat is not helpful. They simply sent me the below and closed the chat which does not help or answer my query in anyway.
