Paid and they came and said they can't install at my complex due to no pole, they promised to refund till today I have sent all required documents for refund it is now a month and they are not even replying to emails

I have been on hold for over 20 minutes without any assistance. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially when customers rely on your support team for urgent matters. I am trying to resolve an important issue regarding my account, yet I am unable to get through to anyone for assistance. This level of service is very frustrating.. They never pick up the phone. And WhatsApp chat will redirect you to calling them.

I made a payment on the 10th of February for an installation and they told me on the 19th that they can't do an installation and I should request a refund and I sent all the required documents including proof of payment but they have not sent back my money and it's the 12th of March today and their WhatsApp chat number is not helping at all.

Useless internet service provider taking advantage of black communities, not even a sigle day without down time. ive been complaining and nothing has been done about it instead they will tell you that they have logged a ticket. Phathetic service even if you call for assistance. clearly they are here to ***** from black people because every month they will take your money not even considering how many times you had no internet. now i have to work at the same time waching soccer as im hosting people but unfortunately i can do anything. i will spread these bad service im getting from them to the entire community.

My WiFi has been down for more than 24 hours now, this is the third time in 3 weeks. Last week I waited todays for the reconnection, I work from home, am I gonna have to wait for another 2 days again? Some one called yesterday and promise to send a technician,I waited the whole day, I called again this morning they're still sending a technician. Their WhatsApp number is useless, there is nothing you can ever get solve through their WhatsApp because they are using a bolt that is always quick to end the chat, I'm really frustrated and of this service provider.
